Who is The Better Player? Shidou Ryusei Vs Kunigami Rensuke

People are gonna say it's an ass oull when Kunigami surpasses (or atleast beats) Shidou, but it's an ass pull how Kunigami HASN'T surpassed Shidou. Kunigami has better strength, equal shooting, equal aerial power, probably equal speed, and only worse instincts than Shidou. If it weren't for plot, Kunigami would've been on the level of Isagi, Rin, and Kaiser. It's only because he plays solo, and even then, he's been nerfed so far.

Shidou. Once he was introduced he has been top 5 in blue lock at all times. His feats and talent make him superior to the fallen hero

Shidou. His creativity, unique ego & stress he causes the opposition are all so crucial. Kunigami should be better but I dont think he knows what kind of footballer he wants to be.

Currently, I see that Kunigami is superior to Shido. He did not leave any space for Shido to unleash the monster inside him. Rather, every time Shido catches the ball, Kunigami takes it from him. It was mentioned in the manga that he is in control in the match, but currently he is not playing seriously.So I think he will defeat Shido because it makes no sense for him to appear without defeating him

Based on offensive feats shown so far shidou is better, but we legit have no idea how good kunigami really is since he doesn't actually play with anyone resulting in him never actually touching the ball. He never even really tried to actively steal points like yukimiya either and if what ego said is true then it seemed like he was just playing in a way to contribute just enough to help the team, but also force blue lock players like isagi to change if they want to make an impact. If he has an awakening like hiori then he should at least be as good as barou. He definitely would have less scoring options than shidou, but a major weakness with shidou is he can get locked down even by players who don't even specialize in it like alone reo meanwhile kunigami can outmuscle defenders. Defensively he's definitely far better than shidou.

to call shidou's super goal a top 10 goal is an understatement....its still the BEST goal in the series.

If Clownigami could apply this tenacity against other players (instead of just Shidou) then he’d be better overall than Shidou. But as he stands currently Shidou is better because his drive isn’t dependent on his opponent.

Kunigami will cook And gain a new ability (May or may not be predators oe m-vision but he will gain like a guiding eye that makes long ranged goals easier to score for him idk)

This doesn't even make sense to be a debate- Shidou is on rin and Isagi lvl, kuni is on chirgiri and reolvl lmao. The only reason kuni is doing good is simply plot armor and his revenge story line, no way his defense is > 2 mv users, rachi and a base kaiser because he found motivation lmao. I understand its content though, if u have actual fb comprehension yk this isn't close. I could go into detail but it's truly not needed
