Yes, the Eldrazi story is totally one I want to hear. Can't get enough Eldrazi.

Phyrexians. I'm willing to be that after Bolas, the story will probably shift to the Phyrexians, a plot point revitalised by Karn's story-line on Dominaria.

Ever since seiben stopped doing summed up mtg lore videos, this is by far my favorite mtg lore series. Please never stop making these, these are amazing.

Love these videos! As someone that's kind of recently started with Magic this really gives a more personal look at the different cards that I've been playing with.

Ryan..... The way these videos have been put together and shortened the lore into excellently explained and entertaining stories has got me back into magic lore which I gave up on long ago. Please continue to make all of the stories!

Amazing video! I watched all the other ones and started to look at the card's art and flavor text a lot more, so that when you talked about Liliana and Nicol Bolas I knew it was about 'In Bolas Clutches', seems obvious but was a huge 'ah ha!' for me lol Keep up the great work!

Loving these videos. They are really helpful to Dungeon Masters that are researching Ravnica before starting campaigns there. My game is still 6 months away but I'm getting tons of idea for campaign plots from the lore and your help.

Very cool , its hard to find such quality content about mtg lore , btw , as i remember nicol bolas storyline was started from Shards of Alara block , i still dont know how he used all that energy from conflux

It's great when You show particular cards capturing parts of the story. I know that there are more such cards on rachunek set, would be great if You could use more of them. There are also great stories in some much older sets, Hope You cover them at some point as well. Anyway, amazing job, so is the final effect, thank You a lot

I have been digging through this vids all night long! Awesome content!!! I'd love to see one about Urza. Since we got a big series on Bolas. And both are the two most meaningful characters on MTG history. Another one about power levels on pre-revision Planeswalkers? who's the strongest? Bolas? Urza? or a top 10 at least. So we get to compare Karn, Sorin and the rest.. I'd also love one regarding each plane: Dominaria, Innistrad, Alara, Ravnica, Mirrodin, Phyrexia, etc.

I love hearing the lore of magic. For a while, and also being comparatively new to the game, i felt there wasn't much glue that was keeping me interested in magic compared to those around me who could really get into it. This story, and characters and side stories is the glue i needed and i've found a new flame of interest for the game. Thank you for these videos!

Since WotC said they want to turn their focus away from the Gatewatch a while ago (iirc), I picture this epic fight with Nicol Bolas, where he is defeated while taking several Members of the Gatewatch down with him (and probably a few districts of Ravnica), so WotC can tell how the new Weatherlight helps Karn bomb New Phyrexia or something like that. AND YES, in my mind the endcard before focusing on the Weatherlight is Jace and Vraska sitting all lovey-dovey in a Café on Ravnica, discussing it's recovering or just a good book. Ixalan's story really sold me on that couple. Btw, just randomly discovered your story videos and I really like your way of comprising the story. I read most of it and it helps refreshing some bits.

Jace reuniting with Gideon in his Ixalan story was so heartwarming -- especially when he talks about having muscles and Gideon wanting to be his workout bro.

I love this series. Mtg lore is so rich and the flavor text on the cards make it fun to play.

I appreciate what you're doing by gathering all the disparate information provided in various sources to form a cohesive summary of the fascinating Magic storyline. I'd like to see several dozen more of these and if some of the same facts recur in multiple videos where they are relevant, I would prefer that. However, it really interrupts the flow and takes up too much time to continually ask, "Tell me if you'd like to hear more about this in the comments," and "Go watch this video," for information integral to what is already being talked about. Keep it up.

this series shold become a regular show, I love the lore of mtg but I don't know if I could ever read every story in the site and keep up, this is a great summary, simply put MORE PLEASE

We need more MTG Lore in our lives

I love your story videos. I think your approach of picking one interesting theme at a time and skipping a lot of the back story, with a plan to revisit later, is a great way to explore the universe. I did have one problem though. After watching the story videos in the Magic arcanum playlist i wanted to see if you had more story videos. Looking at your channel there are hundreds of playlist for these videos to get lost in and the Magic Arcanum playlist is scattered with different types of content. I could not find more until i tried guessing stuff to search in the youtube search bar. Perhaps just add some links to other story playlists, like the Chronicles of Bolas (are there any others?), in the description. This story looks like it will be very difficult to navigate so some bureaucracy on the videos might be necessary to keep it approachable. Also a video that provides some general context for everything would be fantastic. Such as a brief overview of the story so far and/or an explanation of the mtg universe; such as what a plane actually is, are there infinite planes and what is possible with regards to alternate universes and timelines? And how does magic work? Keep it up, thanks for the great videos!

Loving these videos! I'm just coming back to Magic through MTGA, and these summaries are really nice. Definitely want to hear about the Eldrazi, Innastrad and Phyrexia. Also: can you linger more on the cards and talk more about the lore hidden in the art and flavor? Cards I've never seen flash by and I keep missing the finer details! Also: though I appreciate your opinions regarding Vivian, there are a billion nerds on the internet with opinions, and I think your videos would be stronger if you keep to lore.

Nissa leaving does leave a convenient forest spot open for Vivien Ried, and we all know her entire purpose is to go after Bolas, so I predict she will be brought into the fold and we will get an Oath of Vivien card. I'd loooooove an oath of vraska, let's hope she gets her memories back. I think we can expect a few planeswalkers that are working for bolas to turn on him. I predict Kaya is going to be the orzhov planeswalker in the next set, working for bolas but then she will turn on him in the third.
