A Thousand Miles is one of the very 1st RU-vid videos I remember watching when I joined in 2006. I'm thrilled to know the video of this song was all real. That makes me incredibly happy because it's beautiful. Every so often, I return to that very same, specific upload & say "Hello, old friend" before I listen to it once more.

Let's not forget that in The D.E.N.N.I.S System episode of It's Always Sunny the pharmacist is played by Glenn's actual wife and there's a similarity between her and Vanessa

Worth noting that the names Vanessa Carlton and Maureen Ponderosa have the same amount of syllables.

Back when The always sunny podcast was first airing I had the opportunity to call in & they were asking people to give them a “hot take“… now I really wish I could’ve asked Glenn.

I love that song. It's such a great rock-ballad. What I really value highly is that the instrumental is not produced like most songs today, but real ass musicians played it in a studio. Just listen to those drums! There's no way that producers today would give that much love to drumming.
