that ex FADC scrambled your whole brain universe, then he took the W from you. WP on him! I'm not sure who knows this or not but, if Dive kick lands waist or lower, its neutral or positive, if any higher, he's negative. (can block dive kicks while crouching; however, wider hitbox and longer recover(generally speaking)
