I remember getting two-bad and Grizzlor as a kid for "sinterklaas" (a holiday for kids in Belgium where they have to put out their shoe and then sinterklaas came along overnight and "filled it up" with toys). My grandpa fell asleep on the couch and I stuffed fluffy Grizzlor up the bottom of his pants by his ankle. He jumped up and kicked my brand new Grizzlor all the way across the living room. He never wanted to see that figure again. Completely freaked him out. Lol. Good times...
I had Two-Bad as kid. I loved this figure! The way they had his arms mounted on that super-wide torso enables the two to be used to restrain other figures. That's how I used him.
The Two Bad classics figure looks awesome and a great story behind it. I really did enjoy the 200X version of him and wished he had got more time honestly.
The 200X Sy- Klone repaint was a rotation of his colours, substituting yellow for gold. So instead of him being yellow and blue with a touch of red, he was blue and red with a touch of gold. Quite clever really. What other colours would have made any sense for him? Switching the yellow and blue parts around maybe? Anyway, I find the red and blue 200X repaint quite appealing
Being a twin I always liked Two-Bad, i actually bought the two 200x versions of him from me and my brother. Still have them laying around somewhere. My brother gave it back when cleaning up some of his stuff (do he does have our old figures).
Great video! Thank you! I must say, I loved his MYP origin story. And this was a great figure. Apart from the lack of a "messy blending" paintjob that a lot of others have mentioned, my only complaint on this figure was that the heads ended up just a little too close to each other. Still, he turned out to be one of my favourites in a line crammed full of amazing figures. And now I want to make a two-headed strongman villain who lives in the sewers, called "Tough Shit."
I wonder what they will do to Two Bad in the CGI Netflix show, where Tuva and Badra are part of the royal guard. (An amazing show that everybody should watch!)
this is totally a re-up. I remember my comment from the first time because I said that when I was a little boy I didn't know what "tooling" was, but most of my favorite figures were the ones that had the most tooling.
My Classics Two-Bad came with a broken torso ratchet, so he would flop forward or backwards. When I notified Mattel they told me I could return it at my cost but they could not provide a replacement. So my Two-Bad looks like he’s trying to doing something to himself…I guess two heads are better than one!
That mega deluxe version does sound real expensive but cool at the same time. Would have been real nice to have. Would have been nice if a way around that could have been found. OH! There was an edict to have different color schemes with the 2002 figures. I liked the color swap with Two Bad. Pretty clever. Didn't have the vintage. Not sure what else I have. I do want the one coming out. I would have liked a Tuvar and Badhra single figures. Wouldn't have mind if they were a two pack. It would make sense.
200x 2Bad is still the best imho - like so many others from that line. I am still angry at me for not collecting that line because I didn't like 200x He-Man and Skelletor at that point in time.
I think this might be a repost....I recall you already posting this up, recently...u had mentioned how the figure would gross you out as a kid, lol. I felt the same way about Ponda from Star Wars.
I got an entire set of GArbage Pail Kids including the movie on DVD which has dude from Facts of Life I think. I'm kinda a fan of the name Two Bad wondering why didn't make it Too Bad haha. I think Schizo would have been insensitive to people especially these days. I don't think I had some of these later figures unless I just never was able to get at store. This is a common trope of multiple heads battling each other. Just be glad they don't make Two Bad Anatomically Correct or it would have something really gruesome to behold :). Would he have 3 or 4 heads is what I'm wondering or the loose ones for alternates hehe. You would have a 2 Pack with him Split I think as way to do it since its only from the 2002 show not original origin. Weird Leg :).
that's awesome we as kids had a bunch of those till we where older and some how got throwed out😢 did u know that kid in the movie is younger brother to Sean Astin from the goonies/ rudy🤣 and there dad is gomez off the Adam's family 👍
@@tommywalker5348 No I remember The Goonies commodore game where had to print the money then like run by or the pipe part it was kinda cool. Truffle Shuffle heh they had to re record the Pirate Ship part as they cursed hehe. I remember havign Garbage Pail Sticker on my Water bottle for Soccer. Gomez is one who played Riddler I think if thinking right. Just got covered in sauce as ring around blender broke so hehe. I probably still have my cards with least one photo album entire set. Topps I think made them like baseball carsd not sure :).
Another great video Scott @Spector Creative ! What's your thoughts on the vintage Two Bad flat back and the round back figures? I guess the flat back made it easier to put Two Bad in vehicles and such?

Unrelated question if you are allowed to speak about it. With the HasLab Hiss Tank @ 26 thousand including unique figures, it it possible the Haslab will release more units of a figure than a retail release?
MOTUC Two-bad is still better than New-Eternia Two-bad . Most would say size, articulation and accessories of NE Version make it better, but the sculpting and quality of MOTUC is leagues ahead. Just compare Tuvar heads and you’ll know.
An underwhelming release. I love Two Bad as a character, but Classics version was lacking. I do still like the figure. The classics figure should have been a deluxe like Ram Man. He felt undersized. The torso was too small for the concept. You had to take care to rotate the heads because the were so close together they could actually hit each other. Very poor design. The left purple shoulder was poorly assembled. If you rotated the arm 360 degrees the scales would actually rub off. I actually liked the clearly demarcated fusion line. The sculpting was nice, but yes he probably should have had the paint bleed. Overall an average release that shoukd have been one of the best.
You are easily one of worst comments I've seen. I'm not a huge fan of this channel especially because he seems like he lies about a lot of shit, but if this is the feedback he was getting for making easily the best MOTU toys ever, than I can definitely understand him hating you guys. These toys are pretty sick. And the 360 degree thing? Seriously? Did you really turn his arm that many times to burn off the scales? Were you playing with them instead of displaying them?
🥷🏻 LOL, “Tough Sh**!” I had (have) the “Flat Back.” My friend had the “Full Back.” I also had (have) the (G.I. Joe) Copperhead with the “All Blue” helmet while the same friend had the “Green Striped” helmet. He always got the “Good” versions of toys but I still have mine. Who won? 🥷🏻😂
