It will go up as long as BJP is in power in the center, that is next 4 years for sure, after that it may depend on the next election results, Valuation is becoming high in these stocks so the next growth will be only moderate.

@john0094 yes, leverage is not good but bull phase is not over. India would witness bull Run for years to come. That's a wrong prediction. 8 percent GDP growth is not a small one. In the bull phase also correction happens. Yes, some froth there in a few stocks but it's not the first time we are seeing it. The market will automatically correct those high valuation stock . We have seen it previously.

He is not saying nifty would crash ,just that valuations are high (especially in smallcap & midcaps) and any unexplained event could trigger selling pressure (we are currently in a europhic period). The implication is to limit going after high risk stocks and to invest more in good ones and to avoid excessive leverage (f&O,taking out loans ) .The hyper bull phase is over,be selective.
