Does salicylic acid and/or retinal help with ingrown down there? What helps? What to do? How should I even be washing down there I was advised only hot water. I only got a few until I waxed and even months after stopping waxing I get multiple cystic ingrowns! I’ve tried lots of different ways to go about it and different products! I need help!
