Project Moon is a good rabbit hole to fall into. The company tends to generate a lot of loyalty in it's fans. Mostly because they act like they give a shit about their game and their community, which was a big selling point for me. Project Moon is a relatively small studio with big artistic ambitions. They care about the story and what they put in their game. Which is why they rarely have anything close to sexual fanservice. Honestly, it was a breath of fresh air for me. This lead me to the question: Why a gacha? I've been burned on gatches before, and at this point it's usually a red flag for me. Project Moons previous games were not Gachas, so when I saw that Limbus was one, I was disappointed and initially dicided that I wasn't going to play. I kept to that decision for nearly a year of the games life. But suddenly one day, I caved in and started playing. After seeing all of the passion and care the devs have put into Limbus, I've come to the realization that making a gacha was a smart move. It allows the devs to make a more ambtious game with a bigger long-term budget. A small studio can only make so big of a game on a small budget. With the funding of a live service, a small stidio can develop a game for much longer. I hate most live service games because it feels like the game was built to support the live service, while in Limbus it feels like the live service is there to support the game and it's story. The game has clearly won me over. It's definitely not a game for everybody, but it has its audience. The devs don't advertise themselves enough, so we in the community feel like we have to spread the word. I'd say give the game a shot, if you don't like it then you don't like it. The community has it's oddballs like most communities. Seriously, Gregnant and Limbussy remain as cursed words I can never forget no matter how much I try. But it's all in all some good fun. Fun, that we won't shut up about. Seriously, I just realized how long I've been writing this! I just wrote this freaking essay at midnight! Truly, the rabbit hole is deep and dark. TLDR-Good game, would recommend. For the hag, fish, la creatura, and the many husbands that have made me question things. Props to anyone who actually reads the above ramblings. Screw it, even though you didn't ask, I'm gonna provide a mostly comprehensive rundown on who Outis is: -Based loosely off of Odysseus, the character from the _Iliad_ and the _Odyssey._ "Outis" (Greek for "nobody") is a pseudonym Odysseus used to deceive the cyclops Polyphemus. -Her exact age is unknown, but it's heavily implied/generally accepted that she's the oldest member of the main cast. She's most likely in her 40s, maybe even 50s. -Was a military commander in the past, most likely serving in the "Smoke War," an important and relatively recent conflict in the world of Project Moon. -Has a disdain for Gregor (who also served in the Smoke War in a leadership position) due to him not living up to her standards of what a commander should be. -While she appears loyal to her manager, she inversely treats her teammates as pawns, (metaphorically) throwing them under the bus or proposing to leave one behind. -Often tries to force herself into the position of second-in-command, without prompting or permission. This is partly force of habit, and partly her trying to use experience to help the team. -The observation logs she writes about the various encounters the team faces are identifiable by the use of military terminology and focus on strategical advice. -She is extremely dedicated to regimen, hierarchy, and battle tactics, sometimes obsessively so. She only takes orders from her current superior, and almost never anyone else. -Is so committed and upfront about her loyalty towards her manager that it loops back around to making everyone (especially the player) highly suspicious of her true motives. -Her introductory bio heavily implies that she could have ulterior motives she is working towards behind the scenes. She is the only member of the cast to have a warning about this. -Will mostly likely attempt to betray us at some point in the story, probably in Chapter 11 (in which case it will be a betrayal years in the making). -Is quite proficient with fixing/tinkering with a variety of equipment and tools; however, she's a bit of a boomer, and isn't compatible with new or "emergent" technologies. -Has most likely experienced a long and bizarre journey through the Outskirts of the City, mirroring Odysseus' own journey home from Troy. -The only one of the 12 "Sinners" whose past records the manager is explicitly forbidden from accessing (possibly related to the above bullet point). -She always wears a wristwatch which is actually broken. Even in the alternate timelines we get small glimpses of, she still wears that broken accessory. -The wristwatch is not a fashion statement, but most likely a keepsake with significance only to her, similar to Heathcliff's shabby ring or Ishmael's headband. -Is so comically desperate to get in her manager's good graces that she's commonly called a bootlicker in the fandom, and has inspired many memes. -Some people in the Project Moon fandom seem strangely obsessed with her to an extreme degree; this phenomenon has been termed "Outism."

The thing is, they're rather infectious due to the Tangent of behavior that has appeal towards some people (Those who like Older Woman, and Tomboy one. Yeah so you see it here) She's actually uhh 30's at youngest, And 40 at the oldest as per my assumption, she's a veteran of Fog War, a ten years war between several district. The problem now, The games from this studio attracts a lot of Kids (especially from Roblox ) Despite Library of Ruina rated as 18+ and Limbus as 19+. As per late, I feel cringed with this motion of "PM MENTIONED" as if this game lost in civilization or considered as Rabbit hole. Boyy this game even exist in Roblox meaning it's now become mainstream. Despite that, this game is just good in the Story and world building. Though some people think this game is dark it is cool.

Just doing the hard mode "rougelike" mode once per week gives you 25 levels on the battle pass every time. The battle pass lasts 4 months and only has 120 levels, and once you get there any extra levels infinitely gives you a resource that makes the gacha obsolete. There really isn't a good reason to think of this game as "just another gacha game" lol

If you're not a big fan of gacha but still want to look what the hype is about, you can try the previous game the devs of the studio made, Library of Ruina. It's a deckbuilder with mechanics that inspired how Limbus Company works. Otherwise you could also play the SCP-like management sim called Lobotomy Corporation. Both are very hard but amazing stories, but are also placed in the same universe as indirect. prequels of Limbus Company. They're very much worth a shot if you don't want to play a gacha right away.

the sleeper agents are real. i think it is the best gacha i've played and im trying to save money to play ruina once i reach canto 6, because the characters are just so fun and the comunity is so unhinged xd
