"Who's That Lady" - Peter White Live - Kettle Moraine Jazz Fest 2011 

PW is 65 and so am I. So how has his music not crossed my path until 2020 ? No idea on that. I only came across him as a result of spending virus lockdown hours on RU-vid looking for new music. I'm now a fan, albeit a wee bit late in life ! But there is just one criticism I have to apply to PW. I have to say it and people might not like it. But the thing is PW you cannot dance ! I am similary afflicted so I understand. Here in Scotland we call it 'having two left feet". Just keep playing that cool music. And what the hell dance if you want to !!

Who'd give this a thumbs down? Infectiously good. These dudes are having a blast and they are GOOD.

I've been a fan since the late 80s and have seen Peter live in concert once, but THIS is the first time I've ever seen or heard him rock out like this! That was freakin' AWESOME!!!

If you have never seen Peter live, you are missing an experience that everyone who is a smooth jazz fan needs to have. Fantastic music, and just a great person to meet and have a chat with. First class all the way!

I grew up in the sixties to Peter and motown musicans were all around me being I'm from michigan....I also listened to the beatles and I wanted to play the drums like Ringo Star....You know Jimie Hendrix played guitar for a time with the Isley brothers during that time period for a minute.....Your stlye is unique, hip, love it !!

This guy and his musician friends are smooth, silky, and just plain pleasant to the senses. Love Mr. White's guitar, the sax, piano, and everything else going on in this group! Thank you.

I'm really speechless, this man is totally Amazing, there's no skipping to his beat, once your in the zone, you can't get out, you just want more and more, and guess what, he definitely gives more.

Peter i remember many nights ago shareing a bottle of fine wine with you and Al back stage in portland and you have always been a great friend and i think about that night often this was an amazeing piece of work as always you wow them and me

Ahhh! Love it. God - IS a smooth jazz fan. Every millenia or so, he sprinkles a shower of 'cool vibe' dust, down on Mother Earth. Peter, Gregg and the rest of the smooth jazz 'family', just happened to be passing by when it landed. Lucky for us. : ) God-given talent - you can't beat it.

YEA -- I grew up in the 60s - grew up seems passe now days - Hippie I was - vet too - seems more like a dream than a memory - kites were Flying pretty high back then - hehehehe - Beatles were my First LUV - luv yu yea - yea - yeaaa - 64 came along wit it - then 73 was at hand - hanging wit some of the bros in my neighborhood - this song was my favorite for quite some time - even to this day when I hear it on the radio - especially in a Pub - makes my heart - and ears Sing - and since i turned to jazz as my escape -- and beings that Al Stewart and motown sounds were my favs at those times -- after service - I was one of the rolling stones fo sho --- 8 years of lost with no home - best years of life --- This B da ticket --- My Goodness -- Good Job Guys -- 🐰 🍑 ✌-- Oh yea - the rambling toward the ending is the best part - I was weaned on Motown sounds AM radio ---- yeeeeehawwwwwwwwww

this was a hot day in the Summer on an outdoor stage ON the water and the audience was sweltering, as was the band. Gimme a break. Peter mostly dresses casually and his sandals and/or bare feet are legendary. If you'd rather see him in a suit and playing like a high school student, then don't attend his shows--there are plenty of other people you can go to watch out there (shaking my head), and it leaves space for those of us who adore him.
