We study this song at a very young age, people have died. Even today, when there is an allegedly neo-fascist politician this song is sung by the people because of what it represents, it's not a song made for eurovision or some other bullshit

Bella Ciao It is a popular Italian protest song that originated in the suffering of worldly women, the paddy workers at the end of the 19th century who sang it to protest the harsh working conditions in the rice fields of Northern Italy. The song was modified and adopted as an anthem of the anti-fascist resistance by the Italian partisans between 1943 and 1945 during the Italian Resistance, the resistance of the Italian partisans against the Nazi German forces that occupied Italy, during the Italian civil war and Italian partisan struggle against the fascist Italian Social Republic and its Nazi German allies. The versions of "Bella ciao" are sung all over the world as an anti-fascist hymn of freedom and resistance.

Mia zia l'altro giorno mi ha inviato un video di mio cugino di 8 anni che la cantava senza neanche conoscere la storia o il significato che c'è dietro ( va alle elementari quindi è normale), e quando ho condiviso un parere negativo dicendo che si dovrebbe cantare consapevolmente, sono stata criticata dicendo che sono in grado di rovinare ogni momento. In Italy in this historical period those who belong to the conservative and extreme right side cannot stand this song. Even in their ignorance they claim it's a communist song. Federico Trapasso anche a me fa incazzare il fatto che la gente la conosca solo grazie alla serie Tv, pero un’altra cosa che mi incazzare é che la gente considera i partigiani come gli eroi d’Italia ( che é vero che hanno combattuto durante la seconda guerra mondiale contro i fascisti), ma nessuno però parla della crudeltà dei partigiani ( come gli stupri ad esempio). La gente dovrebbe informarsi di piu sulle cose e non essere superficiali

Non capisco perché questa canzone ormai è associata alla casa di carta, questa canzone ha fatto la storia dell’Italia e ci ha liberato dal fascismo e quindi ha un significato molto più ampio. È stato scelto dalla serie perché appunto rappresenta la resistenza.
