That's mainly because she's so good at hiding everything that people don't need to know. She never shows her true emotions all that often, which is very frustrating to the paparazzi 🤭 This does not say anything about her personality other than she's a very chill (yet strangely intense at the same time) person. I admire her, honestly.
I didn’t watch Buffy until a couple years ago but I did grow up loving her portrayal of Daphne in the Scooby Doo movies and it might not seem deep to others but she was such an important character in my childhood to then watch Buffy when I was in high school really did help with transition from teen to adult. Sarah Michelle Gellar is an important person in pop culture and it also warms my heart to know she is also a humanitarian
I had the same experience as you haha😄 I watched the scooby doo movies (which I think is fantastic) first and finished watching Buffy for the first time six months ago haha
Her portrayal of Buffy honestly helped forge my personality. Even today as an adult she remains my role model. I love how many different people she touched
@@Wiley_Coyote this is the problem at the moment, Michelle said Joss was not allowed to be left alone with her, but never said why? Everything is mere speculation right now. In my opinion, you can't just say something like that without giving a reason, to which their could be many.
It's so nice to see SMG doing stuff away from acting... like, she has this whole other life and seems really happy with it. But we know if she wanted to, she could put on her crying face and get any drama part she wants. Also... I love that her and Michelle are still close. It's the relationship that is the cutest to me.

Don't take me wrong,i support her and love her but com on, it is time, more than time that she start acting again, this all is so boring, honestly we don't care about her private business and things,we want her to show her talent in new movies (what she didn't make almost 10 years !) I grew up watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Dark Angel, Charmed, and Alias during the late 90's to early 2000's. Just seeing these powerful female characters kickass and not take any sh-t from people. :)

That’s good! But men have way more super heroes and role models and I’m glad she was a female super hero :) and we can acknowledge that. In a world where only white males could go to some colleges even as late as 1969, and women couldn’t get credit cards etc without a husband or father’s approval, female super heroes, and her being a badass woman in general, are still important to acknowledge and have for women.

@@fantomaorgasma5906 alyson hated sarah for a very long time also because sarah decided to not renew her contract for buffy and alyson blamed her for everyone being out of a job even though sarah had told joss in advance and it was joss' responsibility to let the cast and crew know they should look for jobs but he didn't so that they stayed on for the final season

@@fantomaorgasma5906 you're clearly an alyson stan and this is all alleged. i'm just telling you why there was no mention of alyson. you came on my comment bringing up someone that wasn't part of the convo. alyson and sarah have spoken about their falling out throughout the year. alyson was out of a job when she found out buffy was ending. that's a fact. whether she ended up landing a job right after or not doesn't change that at the time an actor has no idea when their next job will come when their show ends. it's also a known fact alyson was joss' pet and he was obsessed with her to the point he even tried getting her and alexis to stop dating but then they all three became best friends and now they are godparents to joss' kids. there is a reason why every single woman that was a main cast member showed support for charisma with alyson being the only exception.
I own the entire series I rewatch them occasionally along with Charmed, and Angel. Currently on the third season of BTVS. Never tired of them, they are escapes and still nostalgic during these uncertain and crazy times.
Sarah is a truly decent person which makes the fact I’m obsessed with Buffy even better. In fact, it’s probably why. She brought so much of herself to that role. Thank you Sarah for all you do.
When I was 15 I literally had her posters all over my wall. Something about her just made me crush so damn hard for her. She still beautiful as ever and she is a great human.
I always liked her even all the way back when she was on All My Children. Loved her in I know What You Did Last Summer. I wish she would of done more movies

What I really appreciate is her knowing the ins and outs of the charity and the statistics around it that's very important and shows she has a big heart. Other celebs will donate money alone and yes anyone in a charity will tell ya how good that is and helpful but ya know they also seem to just be like "yeah the do good things i gave them money" it just means so much more to care about the cause ya advocate for and that's just so amazing
You know she has aged, she looks great, and this wierd pressure for starlets not to age like it's some kind of accomplishment is sick. She's an amazing actor and person and deserves the world.

Grew up watching Buffy, right now I´m watching it again for the 7th time perhaps and I´m pretty sure it won´t be the last time. I love this woman not only because of Buffy but because she is also a hero in real life.
I'm pushing 40 and SMG has been my idol since BTVS first began. I even watched her as Kendall Hart on AMC - she was badass on there too! She's so interesting, intelligent, articulate, and just DOWN TO EARTH! You're still so gorgeous, Sarah!

I love her. A truly beautiful person inside out, and doing so much good, and such a good role model. Her character gives strength. Hopefully she will do more influence roles.
What a great person...SMG defined so many of us growing up. Shows like 90210 and Buffy /Angel,Saved by the bell made characters and stories that teens back then could relate to when they felt alone and unable to talk about it in fear or because it was so controversial. to talk out loud about. She was a pioneer for us. Like her character, she is still saving the the world.She was def one my crushes growing up lol
My 8th grade year was my first in public school and the same year the first season came out as a season filler. Watched every episode just knowing there would be more. She and my sister were absolutely role models of mine. My sophomore year of college a friend had a friend off campus who had UPN and would tape each episode for us and we would get together to watch it. The school year ended and I made it home to finish the show out in the same spot I started it. Still top 3 favorite shows of mine. I’d love Sarah to be a part of a reboot if they do actually make one.🤟✊🤞💜💪😍 also, Kudos on her philanthropy.
Her tv show RINGER was done dirty. It was sooo good. She deserved better. Even when she's not playing a hero on a show or movie, she's still out here being a hero and saving lives. #QUEEN💜👑
Time for people to remember to grow gardens like everyone used to. Our forefathers all had gardens and lawns weren’t important. I remember as a child everyone had a back yard garden and most people canned and used cold storage I’m 70 years old.
The world was a better place when buffy was on tv. Nobody felt like they had to virtue about her being a strong woman. She was just a badass on her own merit. Flawed character with a great character arc….everything captain marvel wasn’t.

She did tho because at the time Buffy came out there was not that much tv shows with female leads especially bad ass characters like hers. Buffy was smart sexy and strong so yes it was empowering for a generation of girls and women

In today's world with how much wealth there is in the world, world hunger shouldn't even exist anymore. It's gross that we the people who are not part of the wealthiest are the ones who are made responsible for these types of fundraising when the rich just sit there.
Many of us help we just don't brag about it like most celebs to boost our own ego.or to increase our fanbase you help because it's the right thing to do .
