what starting player (that the pelicans would want), would be available for JUST brandon ingram? the only possible trade i can imagine is philly overpaying with 1sts and sending us paul reed as well. paul reed would start! lol
@@ElijahSchoonover I know the hosts are down on BI’s trade value. But I don’t think it’s that low. You can get a couple of quality starters for BI at minimum.
@@tm7517 perhaps you are right; value has been way down on bi right now though. if we flipped him just a year ago, he's worthy of the second overall pick directly. now, we'd be lucky getting the fifth and a decent young player attached with him. i really do think we are going to have to take a bad contract to get brandon off the roster unfortunately. i hope you are right though bro! my blood pressure can start to ease it's way down then
@@ElijahSchoonover I think this is wrong. I’m not saying this is BI’s peak value. But this belief that no one wants a certified bucket getter who can play make, isn’t a bad 3pt shooter percentage wise for his career and had the size and length to be a plus team defender and is 26th old. I just don’t think a player like BI has little to no value.
hear me out... if nobody wants BI maybe call the nets about when Simmons, ion kno if its jus me but could see him in starting point guard role inna fresh start for the pelicans maybe...? maybe a extra few players on both sides to make it make sense... maybe?👀
you NEED a stretch 5 if that is the case. also, zion would NEED to start attacking wide open set 3 pt shot opportunities. if those things can be fulfilled, then i think it could be okay. perhaps not ideal, but okay. somewhere on the roster, you need a dog though. i like bobby portis if we go after ben
