UPDATE : ❌ Christian Coleman will not be competing in the 100 meters. Despite being a favorite, he narrowly missed qualifying for the individual event. However, Coleman will still have a shot at Olympic glory as part of the United States 4x100-meter relay team. This will be his second Olympic appearance as he vies for his first medal.
I have not seen so many people talking about Kishane Thompson. He is not the only one to run 9.77. Yes, he is WL, but Omanyala was WL earlier and no one talked about him. Honestly, I give Seville better chances than Thompson. Andre DeGrasse, Simbine, are not listed. They are both dangerous. The dark horse is Bednarek.
I appreciate your feedback! The video focuses on athletes with the top rankings based on their performances in 2024, specifically those who have achieved notable times in the 100 meters. While Tebogo's current best of 9.99 seconds in 2024 doesn't place him in the top list featured, he certainly remains a potential contender, especially considering his prowess in the 200 meters. His focus on the 200 meters at this moment suggests he's preparing strategically.
@@MK_Memorieswith all due respect that's Just dumb. The world Silver medalist in the 200m is not a consideration because you are using your own bespoke sporting metrics? Try to figure out why there are so few comments and likes on this video. The clue might be in those Lofty metrics you use
Thanks for your comment. The reason Andre De Grasse isn't in the thumbnail is that he's not among the top favorites for me this year. Currently, he's ranked 28th for the best times in the 100m in 2024, with a time of 10.00 seconds. While he's an incredible athlete, his performance this season places him lower on the list of top contenders.
