wow Patones is crazy!!! Crazy to see you in my town!!! I hope you enjoy the trails and hoping you ride more places here and more videos coming! Is not just for couple psi more,I wear only DH casing tires cos trails are very rocky-dirty-natural as hell like at 5:45. As a local, I love that loose stuff, it is very rewarding, you can´t relax a second. About those perfectly aligned trees, they are there cos El Embalse del Atazar is really close and their job is to keep the soil in the mountain from going to the bottom of the artificial lake. It is a normal thing around any "embalse" of Madrid ,just to not loose many capacity over the time. The real landscape are short tress and bushes . Awesome to see your Spanish improvement hahaha. I hope your guides take you to Navacerrada,Leones or Abantos for the full alpine Madrid tour!!!Great video,!
Madrid area is an awesome place to ride: you have great spots within 45 mins drive and you can mtb pretty much all year round. Patones is great but you also have hundreds of natural trails to the north in Guadarrama or in the NW towards Navacerrada: no need for bike parks. Really miss it.
Spain has so much to offer. I wish mountain biking had been bigger when I was living over there in the early and mid 1990s. Love everything you do. Thanks for sharing. Keep working on those Spanish skills. I see progress. It takes work, but I've never seen you afraid of hard work. Your next gal pal just might be a Spanish speaker who fancies herself a little BKXC. :)
This trip has been so awesome to watch. Recently started a new job and its left me exhausted. So ive been getting my MTB fix thru you lately. Cheers hope the rest of the trip goes well.
Absolutely wonderful views, I'm sure you were too focused on the jank to notice, lol. I'm glad you documented where you were pushing your bike up one section and where you didn't try the wedge rock.
Andrew is fast but I saw you on McTrail and do have the style! A wheel killing trail love to ride there, would get a skill injection and some travel added to the bike. Another great video.
3:40 Actually, we don't say "gra(th)ia(th)", we say "gra(th)ias". Only in a few regions of Andalucía people say "gra(th)ia(th)" I hope you come back to Spain soon!
I can't believe how good of a rider Brian has become, just watched a video from the Redemption series with him, Alex and good old Sheila i know it's been long ago, but still he is 3 times faster and technical
Enjoy that region going south, I've been there for several vacations very friendly people around there. Nice stache although Mister!! I've just got accustomed to mine, suits you.
hello good i live in barcelona in a place called cerdanyola del vallés ... if you have an opportunity in the app strava there is a trialera called parajito if you could go you would enjoy it is very technical at the same time fun and would be very funny watch a video of you out there keep it up with the videos you make I love them I see them all although I don't speak English really a greeting
I’m in the process of building a Trek Full Stache. I think it would rip over all that jank. Not a long travel bike 140/130 but has 3 inch tires. Its nickname is Monster Trek
What bike would u recommend for jumps and wheels and backes because my mountain bike don’t go down 9 degree gutters because it brakes my axis and what tiers do u recommend plz get back to me just what brand of bike
Gracias es aquí, en Méjico y en cualquier otro lado. Lo de comerse la s final será algo propio de los andaluces en todo caso. Gracias is a spanish world in México and here in Spain except Andalucía (but Im not sure that they pronuncié Gracia, they say "grasia mi arma") 😄😄😄😄
Loving your vids. Wish it was sunny in the UK right now. You say 30 psi. What tire size do you run. 2.4? Do you have any inserts? Just curious as I'm new to mtb and the terrain in Spain looks rock as 😂
@@bkxc thanks for the reply. I run 2.5 and 2.4 on my 29er new hightower. I'm a small rider at about 70kg. I run low pressures but maybe I need to run more psi. Always enjoy the vids. Thank you
When you get going a little too fast and go off the trail, does it ever cross your mind that a rock might be on the side in the grass? Scares the crap out of me anyways!
@@bkxc oh the chickapee trails in Ga in Hall co. Or Gainsville if u look that u not sure what it wud be under and.oh it does cost 5$ to ride in both Fort Yargo and chickapee , thanx again for ur inspiration and videos I started mtn. Biking again !! WOOT WOOT !!!!
