Bischoff. WCW posed a bigger challenge to WWE than AEW ever has or ever will. And, like Vince, he developed a bankable TV heel character. Bischoff had to work to get where he got. Tony Khan is probably a nicer fellow, but he's just living out his wrestling fantasies with Dad's money.

For now, if strictly as a wrestling personality, I’d rather be Bischoff. Dude kept Vince and the WWF on their toes. Bischoff almost drove Vince McMahon to bankruptcy and had him turning to NWA for a partnership. He made Vince acknowledge other promotions because Vince was throwing shit on the wall to see if anything sticks. Tony made Vince take notice but he never made him nervous and hopefully in the future, Tony can turn around but for now, Bischoff during WCW over Tony with AEW.

Now I'm no Eric fan but I think your question breaks down to would you rather run a existing/dying brand or start your own with daddy's money? Took Eric less than 5 yrs to compete and beat Vince. In 5 yrs AEW has gone from exciting new promotion to a laughing stock. Plus I wouldn't want the public image of someone who needs to put the nose candy down.

Bischoff seems grumpy ish, but is a dog person. Tony Khan is Richie rich but without the charm and as far we know not a dog person. Dog person always wins.

Khan. There's still time to change and money to do it with. That, and I don't have twitter. Kronik. Taker was cool with one or both of them, so I doubt it was that bad. Tozawa. Seems more fun and lucrative. 3MB. I'm just a fan. Slater's gonna Slate. Impact. Impact is post-rehab TNA. It's not overreaching it's bounds, it's not being clowned on hard, and gets a lot of love from the people who watch and know about it. TNA comes with the highest ratings, but also comes with the decline and bad booking.

Tony. Not only more $$ but Bischoff played a big role in killing WCW and came close to killing TNA in the early 2010s. Plus Bischoff just seems old and bitter like Cornette nowadays anyway.

To be honest Eric has done 20x the amount for the wrestling business than TK. McMahon beats Bischoff but not many others do. Like him or hate him he has done alot. nWo just being one of the best. I still watch WCW.

If I’m taking it from a personal beliefs perspective, I’d go Eric. I do not agree with the way Tony sees wrestling. While I admire his love and fandom for it, which I have held my entire life, I could never be a person who touts the quality of their TV show using coverage on Cagematch, and books weekly TV without regard for regular compelling stories, that couldn’t be me. I couldn’t see wrestling in the U.S. as non-character focused.

Eric was absolutely awful in his day and I didn't live during that time and in the end stuff stayed backstage. Tony is a well-meaning fool and absolutely cringe on social media and has made a fool of himself. Also, I would say his booking of the women's division is poor, even after the audience has made it clear we want it booked better than women just being an afterthought or at worst eye-candy. Both were and are horrible as leaders. Ultimately, hard choice. But I am leaning towards Tony slightly even when he has been less successful than Eric.

Let not disrespect Eric for the flavor of the month. AEW came in when everyone wanted a alternative to WWE. WCW carved a spot where the idea of competition wasn’t necessarily needed.

Probably Khan. His father is a billionaire so he has a toy to play with in AEW. For Bischoff, I always got the sense that he always had to sell keeping WCW around for the Turner execs. All he had was Turner himself, which helped. But not at the end. I'd imagine it was more stressful than what AEW has to deal with.

Tony Khan, his a legend in the making! Great guy! I do not see all the controversy and negativity. I find its possible that, he just shoots from the hip and enjoys social media talking about the business, yet, these days your really putting everything out there to be judged. I feel everyone plays it super safe and uses publicist. Thus, its refrehing that he just speaks his mind about stuff, he seems empathetic and like his got social values.

TK already surpassed WCW and will eventually outlive them as well. Having a boatload of money helps since he can afford to keep his megastars in AEW

I'd rather be Tony because he is more endearing and seems like a way nicer person, and he's also ungodly rich. But in terms of legacy, it's hard to beat Bischoff and what he accomplished. As I've said, I find Tony to be endearing, but both have massively overinflated egos. You can clearly tell that they're both in love with themselves and see themselves as geniuses, which neither are, IMO.

Title: Khan. Easy. He's doing this for fun and success doesn't matter because profits don't matter. He's just that wealthy. That's an incredible place to be in life. He's just doing what he likes and if it happens to work out with a mass audience and become profitable and grow over time those are all bonuses.

He lives off the reputation only because literally nobody has done it since. He looked into the abyss and didn't blink. Hes alot more than most in the business especially those that just report on it. I'm sorry but you guys shitting on Bischoff is like Tuvalu trying to pick a fight with China. If McMahon is the US of wrestling Bischoff would be the China or Russia. Point being he has literally created the format Raw still adopts to this day. The nWo is amazing but not his top contribution to wrestling. He definitely fucked up but he got higher than most before doing so. TK didn't come close.
