People don't like 0 hour contracts because how do you pay rent,bills, survive when your employer decides next week your earning nothing as they aren't obliged to give you a guaranteed wage. It's fine if your a 16 year old boy living at mum and dads and it's extra pocket money but when you have monthly liabilities to pay out those guaranteed hours are the difference between you paying rent or being homeless.
