I'm sharing a massive grocery haul today! This is a Whole 30 grocery haul from Sprouts, Trader Joe's, and ALDI. They've been my go-to stores for the Whole30 program and my favorite places to shop for healthy grocery hauls during my postpartum weightloss journey. I like shopping at each place because they're much smaller than the large supermarkets, so it's easier to stick to a grocery list and not get distracted. Wow, did you shop all three stores in one day with the girls!? Those fruit/veggie squeezie pouches are a life saver, a staple in our home too. I'd love to see your trail mix recipe! 😊

+Taming the Frizz I went to Sprouts and Trader Joe's while Kennedy was at preschool (she goes twice a week), so it was just Rowan and me for the most part. ALDI was a quick trip after I picked Kennedy up, but she loves going there, haha! I always let her pick something out, and she likes carrying it in her own bag. :)

I enjoyed this, but I so prefer grocery hauls that also include meal plan. For me that's much more helpful in dinner inspiration than just the ingredients.

I don't get to go to these stores often since we live in a small town BUT I do hit them up from the next town over now and then and I loved seeing your items. Now I know what to look out for. You are really inspiring me to get back to healthier habits.

+Living Even Keeled The Whole30 has been just what I needed to get back to clean eating! Sure, there are things I can't have (for now), but I've also made so many delicious meals that have earned a permanent place on my meal rotation.

I love chia tea too! I did Whole 30 in January and just filmed my wrap up video after all the reintroduction. I still love watching Whole30 hauls! :D

I used to go to Whole Foods but they are very expensive . We are a family of 5 so feeing all organic with a low budget is kinda hard , se now I shop Sprouts and Trader Joe's . Every time I'm on whole30 I crave plantain chips with guacamole so Trader Joe's has while30 complaint bag.

+Living by Grace Yes, buying ALL organic is definitely not exactly budget friendly. I've come to terms with feeding my family whole, clean foods that aren't always organic. I've had those plantain chips from TJ's, and they're delicious!

Yeah I use EWG dirty dozen website, when there are times I can't buy organic so I make sure i look for that first . Sorry about all the spelling on my other comment . 🙊

+RockabyeCayleigh I'm loving it! I'm definitely snacking a lot but making healthier choices. I probably eat more fruit than most people on Whole30, but I'm okay with that. It makes sense for me long term, and I eat plenty of veggies, protein, etc.
