I have been following you after l lossed the use of my legs after COVID,I am now walking round the house and garden.my NHS physio man came on Monday I told him I was following you and he said great and to carry on.this outdoor videos are great, cheers mate for everything.
@@stephaniez2thanks it's been 18 months now so it's a slow process but I feel better doing the exercises on mike's videos I'm 74 next month and feeling great still need a wheelchair for longer journeys but walking around the house and garden is a massive improvement, cheers.

I am a 75 year old Bengali lady from New Delhi. I am able to follow your exercises everyday for half hour. Happy to see the beautiful nature in the background. We flew to Perth from Singapore and drove to Margaret river area , stayed in Yallingup sea side , 2years ago .Thanks for introducing new videos amongst nature., Your exercises have helped a lot, especially since I had a knee replacement and femur fracture 5 years back. What a visually gorgeous location! Totally enjoyed this whole body exercise workout... so much so that I am planning to do it again this afternoon!. I thoroughly enjoyed this outdoor session. The beach view was invigorating and helped keep energy levels up. The relaxation session in the restful area beside the creek was a great ending to the session. I look forward to more outdoor sessions
I also enjoy the outside videos .. and experiencing our beautiful Australia nature that I probably won't get to visit, even though I live in Queensland. I loved the sound of the surf.
I enjoyed the outdoor setting. What a lovely area! The sound was good too, which I know can sometimes be problematic when recording outdoors. Having had covid three times this year, I’ve had to cancel my gym membership, but I am using your gentle workouts to keep moving and I’m very grateful to you for all your videos. Thank you Mike!

This is a favourite of mine. I do it 2-3 times a week. It’s helping me to improve my walking, which I lost from being inside during Covid 19. Thanks Mike. I love the variety of the practice and the scenery.

Hi Mike. Thank you for the new video, which is probably my favourite so far as it covers all parts of the body very comprehensively and the beautiful location is an added bonus. I follow your exercises fairly regularly. I have sensory neuropathy with a considerable lack of balance and deteriorating mobility. I would love some exercises especially geared towards my condition. Much needed exercises. I have been in the hospital for three weeks. I am taking physical therapy twice a week but need to do something in between appointments.

Love the outdoor video. I’ll be 70 this year, veteran of neck and back surgery, two knee replacements *and a hip replacement. Your videos have put me on a path to strength and mobility. Also vastly prefer your exercise band. Many thanks :-)

Of course I absolutely enjoy your scenic outdoors exercises. I embellished this routine so that it went beyond beginner level: the moves were the same but I added quite few more reps. and weights for some of them. As a result, I had to put some of the segments on pause so I could complete each routine. The walk was quite unique: some talk, some silence, some exercise moves. I liked it a lot. I almost felt as if I really was walking in your chosen exercise location. Thank you, Mike. I await more exercise and stretch routines.
More outdoor videos please! I’m in Canada and love seeing the beautiful Australian scenery. I enjoy all your videos, but this is one of my favourites with the variety of exercises. Thank you! 😊
Nice outdoor exercises....Nice view of the sea.. could hear the sound of the waves and chirping of the birds! But I think towards the ending..the relaxation part is somewhat long 😅

Hi Mike Could you possibly consider doing a video on hamstring stretches sometime pleased. Mine are really tight and although I can find lots of videos about them they all seem to be focused on fit 30y olds and not seniors. 🙏
It is moving, just very minutely. If you’re on a phone or tablet (I’m on an iPhone) you can place your thumb and index finger on the screen and spread them apart to zoom in on the video (like a reverse pinch) to look closer at the ocean - specifically the white waves, cause it’s easier to see them move. I would’ve thought it’d be moving faster, though.
