Try out this Super healthy Moong Sabzi which has limited spices giving it a satvik taste and keeps it nutricious. This sabzi is very quick to prepare and is very easy to prepare.
Servings : 4
Ingredients:
¾ cup whole moong
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp oil
3 cups water
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seed
¼ tsp fenugreek seed
¼ tsp asafoetida or hing
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp grated ginger
1 slitted green chilli
1 dried red chilli
2 finely chopped tomatoes
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp coriander powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves
