That’s essential for a mom. 😉 Also, tip for the cameraman: show more of the property as you’re talking/walking us through it. I noticed that he’d keep the camera on you talking versus showing us what you were talking about (if that makes sense). Otherwise, great video. 👍🏾

I think the first property is a 9 only because in the master bedroom it only has a shower. People like the option of soaking in the tube. New to wholesaling, but get lots of inspiration as to what to look forward to in my future. Keep making it happen.

My guy, you get my brain active from excitement from anticipating this type of lifestyle. Is probably going to take me a couple of years just to get to a level where I can even consider purchasing a home to flip but in my head I have already started.

Max can you please share more mentor meetups like how the team all pulled together and gave the up comers great advice. It’ll be great if you do a podcast opener talking about your top sub 2 contracts and your top 3 -5 whole sale deals and talk in detail how you executed the deal all the way through to closing as if it was your first deal.

Hey @Max Maxwell, love the video and the properties look great, especially that Compton flip. I know I'm watching this about 6 months after the fact, but I have a question on the Subject To deal that you mentioned at the beginning of the video. I am trying to learn the details about this strategy. I know a lot of people making RU-vid videos talk about Subject To and what it is, they just don't mention the "how to do it". I am assuming that you had to put the property into a land trust and that you were made executor of the trust. Is that how the deal worked to not trigger the Due On clause? Thanks for all the great content!

Can anyone recommend any resources for learning about “subject 2” deals like the actual mechanics of it and how to do them ? Would be much appreciated. The specifics of how to actually do the contract itself for both traditional wholesaling and subject 2 are vague
