@@Topromnbut the Apple Watch Series 9 you can use more then two Years. I have my Apple Watch 4 Years and I will continue using ist. With the whoop you need to pay for ever.
@@siddhant49 nah mostly the people in the tech bubble are switching so often. Lots of ,,normal” Folks keeps there Things a couple Years more then only two years. Like on the Apple Watch is the Change not so big since 2018 and you get new Features every Year by a Software Update for 4-6 Years. So no need for an Upgrade for most People. And if you are upgrading every two Years you can sale your Apple Watch for a good Price, your Woop Band because it is useless without the Abo.
I returned my whoop after I found the Athlytic app for the Apple Watch. Its interface was very similar to the whoop app and since I’m a runner I like to see my live pace etc without having to whip my phone out
@@Topromnsame issue, I am a runner, cycles, and weight lifter. Athlytic was not accurate for me… now I’m on a one month trial with Whoop to see if it seems worthwhile to me. Like the guy in the video, I wear and Apple Watch and continue to do so for the screen and a history of data. However, Apple is not very insightful with interpreting data… I’m also giving the Oura ring a try lol😂
Through my experience for a month with the Whoop bracelet, I had an Apple Watch before and it was enough, but what made the difference to me in the bracelet is that you are more precise in the subject of sleep than the Apple Watch, and there are many sports details. My advice is that if the person is not very athletic, he usually exercises four times a week, for example, he will not need it. There is also a negative that I saw, which is that when you wear and put the Whoop on your wrist, it takes days for it to read your body. You must keep it on your wrist for at least 5 days so that it gets to know you and your daily routine. It is really good if it were not for the monthly subscription issue🙌🏻
I’m very into running so I have to constantly check my heart rate to keep myself in check, with the whoop I would I have to constantly check my phone which could get annoying, so I think using an Apple Watch strictly for running is far better.
personally my Apple watch I turn it on only when I use it once its off my wrist I shut it off and it does last well more than a week with a single charge including 1 hour workouts some 30mins ofc with no always on screen
Whoop on the ankle looks criminal but I currently have a Apple ultra 2 and I had a whoop I just couldn’t stand having to leave the app open on my phone constantly for super accurate results
Whoop could be cool if it was more like the samsung ring for your wrist. I dont like the ring idea and i dont need an apple watch screen but i would like to track fitness. If it was just a low profile simple band you wear rhat would be nice
that‘s nonsense.. it doesn‘t matter if you wear it on the left on the right side.. there are left handed people, that wear watches always on the right wrist.. so where is the difference?
Hi, Thank you for the info. You mentioned going back on the whoop to upload your work outs ( apologies if I miss understood) Would the whoop replace its HR data with chest strap data recorded on strava ? Thanks
Whoop will only use its own HR and not chest strap. I only have Whoop upload my non-cycling workouts to strava, since for my cycling workouts I use a chest strap and different tools
Also worth noting, Whoop has a lifetime warranty for the device for the duration of the subscription 🤷 If the Applewatch goes, better have that AppleCare handy and any deductible you may need to pay.
If you have an iphone, apple watch, if you have an android, samsung/google/other watch. Or the samsung ring thats cool too. Whoop is trash because of the subscription.
The whoop is honestly just silly. No watch face, can’t even see HR data during workout unless you open phone ? AND subscription fees. There’s just so many better options
