She didn’t say she doesn’t like her job. She said she liked it better before. There’s a difference. If it were that bad she would leave. She doesn’t need the show.
It’s funny to see her go silent, roll her eyes at Sonny, or make a dead pan expression when they cover relationship or celebrity news. She seems tired of that, LOL.
@@tactus72 I love it. Each host is unapologetically themselves and brings that to the table. It’s part of the beauty of the show IMO. Whoopi and Joy are the “cranky old ladies”, Sunny and Ana are the spicy Latinas, Sara’s the midwestern white girl, and Alyssa is the millennial.
Whoopi's right. She only said she likes it less, not that she doesn't like her job. She is so important for the show. We love Whoopi and her persona on the show. She keeps it interesting.
I think Whoopi still enjoys her job at the View. It's just literally all of the behind the scene politics that probably erks her and the other co-hosts. Today the world is too sensitive. Every word that each co-host says is scrutinized by the public. The show is called The View for a reason. So this in itself can be reason enough to not enjoy her job. Otherwise, I think Whoopi is content. We know that she makes a hefty salary from The View. She probably makes more at The View than acting and has to do less there. Just my opinion. 😊👍🏽👍🏽😊
Well first off it's amazing what two years and ozempic can do. Seeing both of those clips back to back really puts in perspective how much younger she looks now, especially with her hair up. Secondly there definitely is some kind of anti-Whoopie campaign that's been going on for awhile. Even on the View's reddit page every 3rd post is a complaint about Whoopie or Sunny for the most mild of opinions. Lastly she's never lost her talents at acting and I think it would be better for her to go back to full time acting and let someone new be the moderator. She hasn't been fired up about the show and doesn't want to share personal opinions anymore so it might just be best to move along to something else she finds fulfilling.
I’m not sure if she doesn’t like her job, as much as America 🇺🇸 has taken a turn for the worst, and she has to speak on this daily! Her strength may not be journalism but let’s give her credit where it’s due…what she is, is a cultural ICON with an EGOT.. and is the unwavering voice of reason, wisdom and well-timed humour. Ppl may not appreciate her journalistic style, but whenever Whoopi and Joy decide to leave, that show will take a nosedive so low, they may never recover.🤷🏽♀️
I honestly miss Whoopi acting. I wish she would do more of that than The View. I think she does the show cause it gives her something to do, but financially, I think she is fine. She really doesn't need it.
I love Whoopi back THEN and right NOW!!! I don't see it where you say that Whoopi looks like she doesn't like her Job !! We get that a Lot Whoopi is on top of her Game and on the days that she's not there (Friday) everyone seems to talk over get other Because Whoopi is not there to control the conversation !!!! Amen to the confusion over why Whoopi ever even loved The View... Never understood who told her to do it. Whoopi's spent her entire career being a lighting rod for whatever the political mood is at the moment, because she's not only unclear with her statements, she's been extremely famous for so long that she's one of the few black women that old conservatives actually know on name recognition. She's perfect clickbait, and has been for decades. She's been canceled for a different non-controversy, like every few years going back decades. Who told her The View was a good idea...??? She should've pulled a late-career Seinfeld.
