Where rules of Europe would be applied to the all merged countries of Europe, but those rules may conflict to those merged countries because Germany is different from Ireland, as Sweden is different from France, and the fact that Britain wanted to leave, but Europe wanted another vote, which Britain at least voted more on the parties that want to leave Europe, doesn't give Europe a clue that they don't want to be part of Europe. It's funny how their democracy to them is to have one option they want available for them to approve.
