The highest participation in an EU election for 25 years pushing the two mainstream center-right and center-left blocs below 50% of the vote. They are still the top two vote getters across the continent but the momentum is definitely with either those who want a lot more Europe or those who want a lot less. It is all about who calls the shots in Brussels, picking new European commissioners, a new boss of the European Central Bank and deciding on security, immigration and energy transition.

Europe belongs to the Europeans. IT is the bloodkins by right of native ownership of the land of at least 9 billion years of evolution. The various peoples of Europe will regain their ancestral homelands again, and we will achieve an historic peace, that will be told throughout the ages. Another first for the Europeans. IF that even matters anymore. Plus the Europeans are the only ones that are in it for the long haul. NO one else will actually wait that long, soon we will win, and the hordes will be routed and the heroes crowned as they rightfully will be.

Blu Yeah I agree with you, democracy makes it impossible to do big things like close borders and do illiberal things. Well actually Salvini has stopped 95% of immigration on his own into Italy. So there’s that. Trump is a buffoon anyway.
@christopherjames7477
@christopherjames7477 5 лет назад
Blu America is finished demographically anyway. Europe still has some fight left. I don’t think being replaced in your ancestral homeland is very popular in Europe. But yes, I’m fairly red pilled, so I ultimately know the behind the scenes shenanigans that goes on.

Here is why all the MPs want to stay in Europe. Up to 34 former British MEPs will pocket at least £45,000 after losing their seats after last night’s European election results were announced. The longest-serving MEPs could pocket as much as £182,400 after leaving the Brussels gravy train. Anti-Brexit Conservative MEP Charles Tannock, who backs a second referendum, departs the Parliament with an expected £149,383 payoff after losing his London seat. No wonder they are pissed, The EU is jobs for the boys when their Parliament job goes tits up. Just ask Kinnock and all his family.

How do I as a citizen of Europe get rid of any of the commission? If I can't, it's not democratic.
@StefanoDiSilvio
@StefanoDiSilvio 5 лет назад
Can you directly get rid of a minister? No, yet it's not considered undemocratic. You can vote their party out of office during a general election. You can do the same with the European Commissioners during the European elections. Europhobics seem to have always this double standard. Something is democratic in their country, while the same thing isn't in the EU. This is also the case of the UK. They have an unelected chamber additionally to an indirectly elected government and a monarch, but they called the EU undemocratic. The fact is, they are both democracies even if they are different.

"For a European Democracy, you don't need one single people, you can have different people to exercise their right to vote a European Parliament...The problem that we should give more power to Europe." And yeah can add he says for more security and protection, but really how is it a democracy if Europe wants more power to rule over all the merged countries? Where rules of Europe would be applied to the all merged countries of Europe, but those rules may conflict to those merged countries because Germany is different from Ireland, as Sweden is different from France, and the fact that Britain wanted to leave, but Europe wanted another vote, which Britain at least voted more on the parties that want to leave Europe, doesn't give Europe a clue that they don't want to be part of Europe. It's funny how their democracy to them is to have one option they want available for them to approve.

To all brexiteers and people that want to break up the EU: look at Russia, China, US, Canada, etc. I don't see them in a rush to break up their federations! I wonder why... because they know very well that united they are stronger! That's why! Staying together is not easy, but it's much better than going your own way. Tiny little EU countries against giant countries don't stand a chance, even if you're the UK, France or Germany.
@zardoztor3372
@zardoztor3372 5 лет назад
@Paul Warner So what? The UK, for example, like many other countries, does not have a directly elected Prime Minister. According to your logic, it should be broken up then. Russia is split into different nations with elected heads of state. Exactly. Just like Europe! Don't EU countries have elected (directly or indirectly) head of state? As for China, you're just assuming that. Except for some minorities, the vast majority of Chinese are quite united and the last thing they want is break up their own country. United we're stronger. It's a fact. It's always been like that. History doesn't lie.
@zardoztor3372
@zardoztor3372 5 лет назад
@mad Rascal I used to think the same, but after living for 10 years in the US and Canada, I can tell you there are more differences between US states and Canadian provinces than EU countries. Especially in the US. Examples? Education, health care, death penalty, gay marriage... even driver licences are the responsibility of states/provinces. So many differences! and that is visible on people too, on their attitude and way of life. Still, they're united, because they know that they have more *power* as a block.
@zardoztor3372
@zardoztor3372 5 лет назад
@mad Rascal You don't have an argument so you just repeat yourself. Typical. I give you another example: UK in the past was not united. Different nations. Still very different. Let's break it up again. Why not. If you can't see the point, I don't know what to do.
@zardoztor3372
@zardoztor3372 5 лет назад
@Percival Hans Nonsense? Are you kidding? Look at EU and US demographics! There's way more non-white, non-Christians in the US than in the EU! Huge diversity! Numbers don't lie. BTW, ever heard of *European* history? Yes, European. Like Chinese history, American history and so on. We're all on the same boat, whether you like it or not.
@zardoztor3372
@zardoztor3372 5 лет назад
@Percival Hans I see. You're just against people that are different living together. Nothing wrong with that. Morality is all relative. My point was that the EU can be united because the differences between EU states is not that big as some people think. We have a lot in common and the facts that most Europeans are white and Christian (or come from a Christian background) helps with integration (which means living together in peace, not forgetting your traditions and so on). It's more challenging with people of different backgrounds and traditions (like in the US - less in the EU). One last thing: AFAIK, before 1965, there were plenty of non-whites in the US (of African origin, Asian origin, etc.) and of course, the indigenous people! Seems to me the US has always been diverse.
