I just bought a brand new 2023 Sprinter AWD from a dealer in Illinois. Has it shipped to California, and it won’t pass smog! I was told to drive it a couple hundred miles by the smog shop, still won’t pass. Local MB dealer says to drive it more! I build and sell them, so putting all these extra miles on the van is not cool at all. I’m at 450 miles now, still doesn’t pass. Do I have a lemon?

Yeah that’s what happens when you getting paid big money as you are ripping off the tax payers. Big taxes equals big government. Call 1-800-END-SMOG from a regular phone, or #SMOG (#7664) from a cell phone and provide the vehicle license number, make and model of the car, and where and….
