i have been watching ur videos from last few weeks and u may not believe but ur channel is the first which made me subscribe it. actually m running cycle from last two years but no result ,as I start my pct I start loosing the weight and my face is full of acne . this time I got it on my shoulders and chest also. so this time I thought of giving up bodybuilding but significantly I got inspired by u and want to start over again. u just said u are available in Delhi on 11th but I can't reach till their better luck next time . naw till the time I don't meet u will not run any cycle . Sir, great video. But i have one doubt here. U went well with all the detailing but you didn't tell when to pin the hcg exactly. Like on some forums and foreign channels , they are asking to do the HCG pinning while on cycle and it should not be done in the pct. So am confused a bit. Can u please tell when to pin HCG exactly ? Should one start it in the final week along with the other drugs or should one need to wait to get all the salts to clear from the system and then start the HCG

You can be like them without gym. just do brisk walk 15minutes evry morning empty stomach. after every meal walk for 10minutes. mai tain 2200 top 2400 calories perfectcdiet. remmber u will loose muscles and u will b thin
