When choosing a summer camp experience, what would compel you to pick an all girls over a coed camp? Meet Georgie and Ellie, two international staff members from England and Australia 🏴🇦🇺
Both Georgie and Ellie were initially drawn to Romaca by the sense of community that an all-girls camp seemed like it fostered from its Instagram page. However, both of them doubted the close-knit bond Romacans looked like they shared online. How can girls who only spend 2 months with each other REALLY be the best of friends? How can you feel like you've known both your campers and co-counselors alike for your whole life after only 7 weeks?
Luckily for these two young women, Romaca became everything they'd expected it to be, and much more. Georgie and Ellie can't wait to return to camp this summer to reconnect with the fellow staff members they've been in constant contact with since the day they left, as well as to see how much their girls have grown in the 10 months since they were together last.
