Ah! Exactly what i was looking for!! Want to plug two amps, one for the doors speakers and a sub on that same Promaster city système. Was going to buy the LCI2 pro for 180$ Canadian, but this is mutch cheaper... Thank's !👍

I installed the kicker stereo loc (with remote turn on)on my Ford Explorer just because I didn’t want to run into this issue. Even if it does or not cut out rather just be safe and have it already.

Wondering if you can help me. Installed a set of bullet tweeters in the dash and im getting a static/pink noise out of them when volume is down or not playing anything. Was told to run a resistor but not sure what i need. Running a lc7i and gains have been set with a dd1. Thanks in advance.

I found that sometimes even on german made t.vs like bush, toshiba, blaupunkt ect that if you push the speaker in and out whilst playing something with no sound it re activates it after a few times. I figured it must send a signal back to the sound processor or something.

The JBL CLUB 5501 and GTR-102/104 has load resistors in it.

I installed an Alpine head unit 2 days ago in my 95 GMC 1500. Worked great w factory speakers... today I swapped the door 6.5” Speakers w aftermarket Skar speakers and ... NO Sound to any speakers. Unit gets power but no sound. Tested the Head unit on separate speaker and still did not work... What do you suggest?

Hi Dean ... HELLO from Australia .. love your videos ... I've recently purchased a Grandma spec 2003 Toyota Camry. Unmodified full service history.... it has the original double din amfm radio casette and cd player ... cool at the time but now not rit for purpose anymore... ii have a much more modern 2015? Toyota oem head unit that has satnav, bluetooth etc ... all the good features...a fantastic upgrade ... I've bench tested it and it works fine, satnav, bluetooth etc, sound comes out but as soon as I swap it with the old unit and plug it in the car, there is no sound. As you know Toyota use the same standard harness and I have tested over and over but can't find the problem of the no sound... I'm thinking to upgrade the speakers- would that work? I appreciate your advice Wayne

I am a fan of car audio, I have a jeep renegade, I made an installation keeping the original multimedia unconnected. of the speaker output hi. al a DSP bit ten. and from there to the amplifier, but the system tells me assist park not available. audio not available. I don't know how to solve it anymore

ac-lgd will work in Skoda Superb 2020? or I need the ac-lgd 20?

Is this the same issue, at first my right front speaker burned, then i got it replaced(stocks) with pioneer speakers all of them, now my stereo is going bad but when turning off it will be repeating it again, hearing some frequencies when stereo is going bad no sounds.

I just got an audiocontrol d5.1300. Going in a 17 silverado w/o bose. Do you think I'll have an issue?

I wish the lc7i had the load resistors built in.

Is it better to mount the load resistor in the dash or near the amp?

I have a 2012 Dodge Charger with the 4.3 screen UConnect. Would the blue lgd work.

What is th size of those oem speakers? Look like 5 1/4 ..Is it? Wittch lgd work for the Promaster city?

As the car manufacturers spiderweb more garbage into the stereo and design things to make more and more profit off of less and less cost, it's a shame we have gotten to the point where we need things like this.

2006 Solara, using an AC DQ-61. Used speaker leads from OEM JBL amp but had an annoying hisss that I was not able trace and resolve, even with the stock head unit off. So I went directly to the head unit to the DQ-61. Speaker outputs (L/R) from head unit works but now the volume in my head unit does not work ... everything else works ( i.e. radio & CD). I have to use the input knob on DQ-61 to turn up volume. Thank you in advance for any assistance. Merry Christmas 🎅

Would this happen for just one speaker? I swapped my from speakers in my Ram and lost a channel. The other three are still working but I can’t get any voltage or sound out of the one channel. Thanks for any help.

After installing a aftermarket amplifier and sub to my 2019 accord sport,I noticed wires burning from behind the dash. No audio sound

Maybe a dumb question, but why are the options 20 Ohm and 60 Ohm if a regular speaker is about 4 Ohm? Is it just to reduce dissipation? Then I guess the radio just needs to see any load, regardless of the value?

So I've wondered forever now. Have a gmc envoy and I replaced the head unit. Truck had factory bose system. Now....I bought alllllll the PAC parts kits for the steering wheel controls and to by pass the Bose amp. Get it all together annnd NO SOUND. I'm racked here... well by total accidental dumb luck I hit my on star button....on star ready.....I hit it again to shut it up aggravated...I noticed tho that by doing what I just did that it reset my head unit. After it came back on guess what...... my sound worked. Still to this very day I still have that truck and I still reset it for sound the same way lol lol lol. Sooo is this really why mine did that? Why on earth does the on star on/off make it work?

I have a 2020 Nissan Altima with the non-Bose system. I changed out the speakers in the vehicle and and added an aftermarket amp. I am having a load sensing issue causing the radio to mute the signal. What device should I purchase to fix this in an Altima?

Will using the kicker Keyloc before the DSR1 help provide a much better signal the the dsp?

I bought the exact kicker after getting no sound from my system, and I am still not getting any sound.

What year F150s are effected? I am going to be installing a dsr1 feeding the high level in, do you suggest I still use load resistors?
