If somewhere is a person who has problems with inflammation I recommend to try smoothie that includes nettle.

A symphony sounds remarkably like ChatGPT engaging in a conversation, seamlessly weaving together various topics and ideas with an effortless flow. It's as if the harmonious blend of responses and interactions creates a melody of knowledge and insight, punctuated with moments of wit and clarity. Quite amusing, don't you think?

8:31 you know I'm pretty sure that artificial intelligence and biotech is going to be accelerating pretty soon and I always think about this when people talk about the demographic crisis of countries losing population and that they might be projecting these trends way into the latter part of the century. When people talk about a country like Japan having half the population and has now in the year 2100, do they ever think about average lifespans being extended by the year 2100 and what that would do to the demographic predictions?
