Anyone realize that Apex is just warzone for Titanfall? Idk seems like even though Apex did it first they brag a lot for how unrealistic they are. I USED to like Warzone because it was genuinely skill gap that got you killed. Now you're lucky if a hacker doesn't sweep the whole lobby
@@LukeTKC all the weapon sounds is really unique somehow its second instinct to tell how far and what gun except for the Kraber/Sentinel. They almost sound identical in matches bc their sound change depending how you turn and they both shoot slow
I'm bought also an Fortnite player I'm a veteran at all of them player from season 0 of fortnite I gat Bored after season 5 it started been bad At apex I left after a while season 10 than I playd war zone from season 0 but normally I playd a weak left and returned at season 2 but I playd and playd and every day new update please free space -1 game -2-3-4 and now I only had 3 games please free space you know what fine I deleted war zone now I have space and now I started playg apex again from yestorday and also inhaled a few games like Dying licht dying licht 2 Metal gear rising revenge MkXL MK11
also the legends system provides some uniqueness that requires more skill than other br games. warzone is a very basic br game, there arent really any gimmicks that games like apex and fortnite have other than the cash feature
@Willham the recoil systems are very similar, if anything apex's guns are harder to control. and its a lot harder to master a legends abilities than it is to do basically anything in cod
Warzone is good for turning your brain off, Apex is good for either sweating more than your mom at Walmart on Black Friday, or having a good laugh doing something stupid
@@irmalitaambarini6809 the movement in apex is very diffrent from titanfall, sure the sliding and pathfinders grapple are spot on, but there’s a lot of stuff that’s diffrent, like no wall running, or the pilot double jump, the phase rewind, etc
@@therealcyclon778 it's built off titanfall's movement just more grounded. if you're good at titanfall movement you'll be good at apex movement and vice versa, as a person who went from titanfall to apex and back to titanfall
Yes but titan fall is just a little too much with it's movement like wall running that's why I couldn't stand black ops 3. Advanced warfare was a great game and I feel it doesn't get the attention it deserved
Yeah that's one of the problems with apex I'm a low level getting into lobbies with masters, predators level 500's, 4ks and 20 kill badges but it's still much better than warzone by far
The reason i just cant play apex at all is this. The matchmaking is just so incredibly bad. I am literally level one, haven't even gotten a kill today, get thrown into a match with people who have been playing since release smh
Sweats are in all games. Still, there's no shame in liking the game. I prefer apex over Warzone because atheist I can win Apex with skill. In warzone I can be in the top 5 in solo and group and still died from campers or people with meta weapons and skin.

@@alexandershawn9409 the only people who complain about recoil in warzone are androids, mouth breathers, and dad gamers who accuse everyone of cheating.
The reason I never got into Call of duty games was the issue with health and gun damage. I feel like with COD if you get shot first, you’re dead. There isn’t enough time to swing around and fight back, since most guns shred through health and you’re dead within a second, the end. In games like Apex and Fortnite(especially zero build with the extra recharging shield), if an enemy takes you off guard, you still have the time to react and shoot back before you run out of health or shields.
You forget one important part, memory of all the guns names for Apex is most easiest game I actually remember almost all the gun name but for Warzone, I honestly don’t remember any names for the guns 🫠
I came over from cod & wz2., Been on apex about 2 months, it’s CRAZY how much the skill and movement let alone game sense , rotation and fight iQ plays into it.. I love apex now. The ttk and gun fights are ACTUALLY based on skill and shot placement. Not camping and then jumping out of a bathroom to delete someone back to the lobby. Let’s go legends!!!
Developers (by a hairs difference), gameplay, being able to recognise guns and legends from the audio/looking at them from a distance before any gunshots or abilities used, POI/maps, rotations, legend abilities, competitive potential/play, gunplay, feel, aesthetic, TTK, movement, balance, Evo shields literally existing, the list can go on. Apex is definitely a better game.
Killing people feels good in apex, your evo shield leveling up after an amount of dammage done feels rewarding for fighting and character interactions make the game feel alive
I feel it true. I don't really like competitive shooting cuz you know, i have life, so games for me is something like stress relief. And i definitely dont want to stress when playing. Apex has fun gameplay that other games lacking. I dont feel so stressful when playing it.
To add, map variety. Sure, we get hourly map refreshes that can be annoying at times, but at least it's not fixated. To address the COD side, (Been here since WaW) LTM's do help. Both Apex and COD however suffer from Mapudateophobia, the fear of the devs revamping the maps.
what do you mean? each apex update they change aspects of some of the maps. fx on worlds edge there isn't a train yard anymore. it's been destroyed and made into a crater. they do it in small chunks each update. To address Mapudateophobia i think it's safe to assume that the reason for that is the players. everytime a new map/ big update to a map comes out it is always viewed negatively and everyone hates it because it is different. If we were more accepting of map changes then i think we would get more maps/ map updates.
I was playing with a friend and a randomw in trios. I clutched up after my 2 teammates were killed, and finished off the enemy squad. I went to respawn them, and pulled off the 1v3. After I respawned them, another trio showed up and my friend and I successfully killed them. Where was the random at during the fight? He ran away all by himself to get his deathbox. What happened to him? He died again and rage quit. Afterwards he proceeded to track down my Facebook so he could call me trash...

Apex is a good game but there is just a lack in changes every game feels the same because of the lack of weapons in the game. I personely prefer warzone but also enjoy apex and agree with your points exept the movement one, there is plenty of movment in fights
The difference with apex is that the meta is quite balanced so there is not a huge need to create weapon changes same with legends they are relatively balanced
I have never had even a moment of fun in apex. Honestly I think its because of the movement. There is such a massive skill gap between people who are new and people who have been playing a while that its just no fun. In warzone there are respawn gamemodes, and movement is relatively linear, plus your guns do damage, have more than 20 bullets and you can heal up without having to use 84 different items
I agree with the movement and partially agree with the comment about guns the biggest problem with warzone is the balancing. In apex the loot pool in generally balanced well and most guns have resonable trade offs some may burn through ammo but they have a high ttk. The gun meta never changes in warzone it’s always whatever has zero recoil and a high ttk which makes for a boring experience
I can agree with the second reason but in warzone movement is important too! Like breaking the enemy's camera with slide cancelling, bunny hopping ecc... ofc in Apex you have more movement choices because of the legend's abilities but still...movement is very important for both and the better at it will often win

i think diversity on loadouts is actually a good thing. a loadout built for damage vs a loadout built for movement can have very different outcomes. being able to kill enemies with less shots isnt bad, it’s actually kinda cool because you can still have a chance. i still think apex is a better game rn tho
@@penda_chui325 Don't know about Apex being "better" (im an apex player and ive only tried warzone out a few times to experiment) but I CAN say apex has a higher ceiling in terms of skill. So Apex is HARDER. I don't know about better, I think both games have their own charms (again, coming from an apex player)
theres fs a variety of recoil in warzone guns but they all do feel the same. like ofc they all have some different qualities but its usually just fire rate or drop off range etc. guns in apex really do feel unique
My favorite weapons to use are the flatline, r301, prowler with select fire, and the re-45 I’ll use the l-star and mozambique as a secondary choice if I can’t find the first ones
I mean there are two completely different games that's like comparing apples and strawberries strawberries because they're both red and the red is the Battle Royale
As a former warzone player I genuinely hated how I only had 18rds when I used the R301, bc I’m used to have a 60rd extended mag on the equivalent M4A1. I think stuff like “A Glock 17 has more ammo than this thing!” Before I started realizing that the low ammo cap made my aim better…
Literally absolutely no movement in warzone. People camp to an unbelievable extent for the entire match. The snipers are one shot to the head and have no drop off. Some of the guns have an unbelievable lack of recoil it’s sad. Literally the most boring game mode I have played in my life
@@BertsBallsevery br game has campers not as much as warzone or fortnite but still. the all the snipers got nerfed a while back so most can't one shot anymore, there is bullet drop it just depends on the gun. there is a lot of variety for recoil control, just certain vangaurd guns have no recoil but those numbers are small.
Man i used to master recoil patterns, both hip fire and ADS, before going into the pubs, APEX is the best game I've ever played, and it eill be all time favourite.
I love both games but I mostly agree with you except for the movement one you can be cracked with movement in Warzone but apex does have more movement but they both have movement where you can outplay your enemies
Honestly don't like being at a disadvantage because I picked the wrong character. Warzone is more of a level playing field in that regard. Also like having a loadout instead of having to add attachments on the fly.
I also love how just because there is a "meta" you will almost never encounter someone with the load out whether it be guns in general or the attachments they choose to use
I agree with this but the last one is debatable. A good time to kill is varies based on player preference and game structure. You can argue that the whole needing all your shots from the mag to hit is indictive of the players being a bit bullet spongy. Though on the other side with needing less than half your you could argue the guns are overpowered. I think for apex with the shield/health mechanic with no regen it's system works. Idk if warzone has the regen found in other CoDs cause I don't play it but with health regen being a thing I can understand guns killing in half a mag or less. Because getting lucky to break LOS in a gunfight could mean being back on full health really fast while with a non regen system you need to have the required items and you're a bit defenseless when you take time to heal. But yeah I feel like the last point has too any variable to be a point of comparison.
I also just get super confused by Warzone menus Apex is straight forward and easy to understand in Warzone there's just so much going on especially in the menus and like Loadout? Loadout drops? my brother in christ I just want to play the game
Everyone is talking about how there's going to be a war so I'll start it: In warzone, there is a huge determining factor in a gunfight, which is movement. You can see someone 1v4 a team just because they have better movement, where they can reposition or break someone's camera. In Apex, there's just fast sliding and some legend abilities, which limits where you can move. But I still like Apex more
Memory is a key part to warzone, memorize every building's layout, memorize gun sounds, memorize suppressed gun sounds, memorize footsteps to know which skin they're using to determine skill level, memorize red boxes around players to aid in your shots, and lastly, memorize what day your dad left
