In this clip, Bishop Patrick Wooden talks about fraternities, sororities and vacationing in Dubai! Check it out and share your thoughts! #religion #youtube #bishoppatrickwooden
@@jeffreyhuston2013 Please get Saved Born Again and Spirit Filled and you won't compromise His word. Is not satan the god of this world, or do you read the Bible? (2nd Cor. 4:4). I gather "Come from among the world," does not apply to you? You must be a worldly Christian which there is no such thing. (LUKEWARM). SMH
I agree with the OP. I live in the United States and its foundation is bloody and evil. I vacationed in the southeastern states, the states that seceded from the Union. Those states that wanted my people for commodity. I think loving people is our greatest commandment. I talk about Jesus when I vacation. I pray, sow, water, my Father does the increase. Live holy wherever you go. Remain blessed.
Bishop said he wouldn’t go there for vacation .. and that’s his personal preference. That’s not wrong for him to say . and if you listen to the whole message, he said he would go there on a mission trip but not to vacation people love to try to make a problem where there isn’t one.🔈 Preach Bishop!❤👏🏼👏🏼💯
And make arguments no one is making. What it shows to me is that people want most to promote their own thoughts, perspectives and perceptions versus what is actually being said…
You have to see this in a different light, and that is in the light of God Bishop is correct a believer has no business in any area that's contrary to Him lest God has called them to be there, indeed Bishop can go there, and minister only according to Matthew 28:19 which declares to "Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit." We are not to go anywhere lest the LORD tells us to go there, therefore vacationing in a place that serves others gods is not what any believer in the LORD should be doing. I saw Tabitha Brown's video a while ago, and I said this very same thing Bishop said, because that place serves another god, she had their garb on, and allowed them to put writings all over her hands, and arms in their language which she may of thought was fun, however this is not fun. We must be not ignorant of the devices of the enemy, and always be alert spiritually to what's going on.
When majority of comments are offended, then you know that conviction is hitting hard. 🤣🤣 Stay mad, folks. 2 weeks later 😂 Go repent instead of fussing. I’m truly not reading your comments. You’re conversing with yourselves. Waste your time if you want.
@@MB-iv4mq That is a very wild comment considering women can literally get raped in dubai and end up in prison for fornication. Just google the story about the Australian woman who that happened to. But the comment is also wild because how is this a response lol.
I had an opportunity to do consulting work in Dubai but refused when I learned they only give a certain day and time for Christians to worship (you can't worship freely there). I refuse to be told when I can talk or praise Jesus.
There are churches in Dubai. I know a pastor and his wife that have been there for years. The Gospel of the Kingdom must be preached everywhere, then the end shall come when Yeshua the Messiah returns.
I recommend we ALL should go anywhere and everywhere… you don’t put your lamp under a bush, light piercing the darkness! If we don’t GO ye into all the world and preach the gospel; what are we doing? Yes, exercise wisdom and yield to the Holy Ghost, allow Him to speak! Jesus will be glorified no matter what we think!
I wouldn’t go to Dubai unless God himself yelled it at me like he told Jonah that place is a strong hold besides he said vacation not that he wouldn’t minister there
I understand where the Bishop is coming from. Yes the gospel must be preached. Remember, we are in the world but we're not of the world. That's why the Lord said in Jeremiah 3:15 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding; Jeremiah 2:8, 10:21, 12:10, 22:22, 23:1, 23:2, Ephesians 4:11. Pastors are here to win souls through the teaching of sin: Romans 6:6: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. We are to occupy until He comes-- Luke 19:13 -- not blend in. Keep preaching and teaching Bishop.
I lived in the UAE for 7 years. The UAE is the country where the Emirate of Dubai is located. Christians are allowed to worship freely. It was actually easier to follow God there. The work day was shorter, easier to attend services on the weekend, and meet in small groups during the week, no taxes, so more disposable income to donate to the Kingdom. Easier to find modest clothing. Of course it is not perfect, but a good place for a devout Christian to live
See, the message is not making any sense. A lot of the pastors that are bringing sermons on a Sunday morning are going off their emotions. They are not seeking the Holy Spirit for guidance.
Have listened to him for years, and this is the very first time I really was heart shocked to totallY agree with him Kept his other teachings in mind, but wholeheartedly agree with him and happy to hear his words of wisdom on this subject. Thank you so much for breaking down this subject. And teaching us. From.N.C.
Those ungodly pledges are now on the internet PRAISE God. They still willingly dance, sing and bow down to these ungodly altars. Many are renouncing this idolatry. God have mercy.
What does Islam have to do with going on vacation in Dubai ? .. The last time I checked, they did not force tourists to attend mosque service. I also believe that Christians are allowed to worship freely there.
Christians cannot freely worship there. They allow foreigners to practice their religion but they don't let local people practice it or allow conversions.
A great message out of the respect of the person that brought this message. Whenever you post other people videos you should post the entire video in your link.
I urge Bishop Wooden to visit Dubai and the UAE. I've been twice and the people are welcoming and it's incredibly safe for everyone. There are churches, even a predominately black church, and plenty of Christians live there freely. I visited the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi and was treated warmly as a Christian. I had a similar experience in Jordan and Turkey, both predominately Muslim countries where there are plenty of Christians.
Yes sir for now they are welcoming. What kind of Christianity are we talking about here? When I read the Bible God commands us to keep his commandments laws and statutes the same ones he gave to the Israelites from Mount Zion with the exception of animal sacrifice since Jesus was that sacrificial lamb. The scripture state that sin is a transgression of the law in the New testament a man came up to Jesus and asked him how he would obtain eternal life Jesus simply told him keep my commandments. When did Jesus give commandments? Back in the Old testament. That was Jesus in the Old testament he was known as Jehovah. Look at all the different denominations and levels of Christianity the scripture says God is not the author of confusion. Satan is very involved with religion too many it may not seem like it. But a lie is mixed with the truth in false doctrines are put on the table some were created yesterday and some have been around for centuries. Bishop Wooden like a lot of other Sunday preachers I'm not hating on him but the teachings come up short many things are left out one of the biggest ones Sunday preachers avoid the book of Revelation like a plague and they never talk about or better yet warn us about the coming time of the Antichrist who the Bible calls the abomination of desolation the false prophet his time is up on us it is around the corner. So one may travel to different Islamic countries and people may be kind and courteous but know this my friend things will change and they can change on short notice. Men will often withhold their barbarism and wildness if there is lucre money flowing good living and materialism going on. But when those things are taken away and people are scrambling for bread crumbs both figuratively and literally I wouldn't want to be there when it happens. I encourage you and all to keep God's commandments laws and statutes. Peace and blessings have a good Sabbath.
@@ladybirdlee3058 Yes they can. I just got back from Dubai and Abu Dhabi yesterday. It's important to know that "locals" only make up about 15% of the population. So most locals practice Islam. However, there are congregations with Arabs, some of which are local.
Yes, when you visit those countries and you are spending your money you are treated very well, but once you start trying to spread the Gospel it is different. Hard to believe you so Christian churches in Dubai because it is forbidden to carry a Bible there. Besides the people in Dubai hate black people and do not allow them to own property or even live around them. So you just go back there and spend your money with them. By the way, why not visit a country in Africa. See we hate our own and esteem other Nations because they are 😂😂😂😂
And isn't it amazing that when Americans do go over there, they dress modestly, cover their head, don't cuss. And follow the customs and rules.... but in america Christians of all shades, drink, cuss, dfaunting their bodies and sexuality, profane God and america...have zero respect for authority, police, and men. But in Dubai they don't do any of those things. I wonder why
The devil is everywhere. The Bible says he's the god if this world. Do not be deceived even the appearance of piety built on a lie is still a lie. The father of lies is the devil. Jesus died for our sins, he is the son of God. God loves us all that's why he sent his son. Jesus said he is the way, the truth, and the life no one gets to the father but through him. So they're still not saved even if they look pious. No one gets to heaven based on righteousness. You get there by accepting God's grace through Jesus. The Bible says no one is good but God. Just like backsliding Christians are in peril too.
And yet the most important thing is they don’t believe Jesus died for our sins so they can be as modest and not cuss all they want but they deny the messiah as the savior ! 1 John 2:22-23 ESV 22 Who is the liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, he who denies the Father and the Son. 23 No one who denies the Son has the Father. Whoever confesses the Son has the Father also.
This is what I love about hearing the “WORD!” You get , “taught.” You get, “uplifted!” Not just the mind, but as far as the “Spirit,” it’s a real thing the #BreadOfLIFE✝️
Just returned from the UAE for my third visit. Why would you not go? It's a great country to visit. There are dozens of churches in Dubai, including Baptist, Evangelical, Pentecostal, and predominately black churches. The country was built on tolerance and enshrined religious liberty in its constitution. The UAE is NOT Saudi Arabia nor Israel where Christians have historically been persecuted.
If there was a Black Preacher that had a Church like this in Cali, I would drive miles to go to it! We need strong Conservative Patriot Black Preachers on the West Coast like those! God help us!
@@skyydancer67 I would love to see many of our African American Christians who may not be aware of how the Democrats have bamboozled them into their deceitful and scandalous ways for doing politics/business. And I mean that in a very sincere and honest way. However. If they want to stay that way, then so be it. Many still be believe there is hope. And. I am fine with the mixed congregation I do attend. We did attend a predominantly Black Church where we were Republicans (still are), but the majority of the congregants were Democrats, outwardly. That got old, as even the Pastor started openly speaking against Conservative Republicans which also got old and we left that camp. 😆 Deservedly! 😆 But we have many loved ones and friends that we are still proactively involved in helping them see through the deception and leave the Democratic Plantation, as we use to call it (It still is, but its being called many more wickedly revealing things as were nearing the end of time). If you’re trying to make an argument against what I’m saying here, don’t waste your time or mine beyond this point. Have a good day.
I was homeless, did drugs, went into prison, where I got to know God. He changed my life. Now I have a home, a wife and a lovely year old daughter (zoe), and a stream of income that gats me $47,000 weekly. Plus a new identity - a child of God, Hallelujah!!!🇺🇲❣️♥️❤️
@kellco Agree, my wife and I went to visit my cousin and walk the strip, and yeah, legalized prostitution was being displayed on billboards, No bullcrap. We enjoyed the wax museum and the Italian boat ride(not able to think of the name now) but yeah it's a free for all
@@kellcowhy would the Stellar Awards be in Vegas in the first place? That should’ve been your first sign and confirmation to pass on that. The gospel music industry is still INDUSTRY.
It’s so sad that most people (especially from what I’ve seen in the comments) will completely stop listening after he said he wouldn’t go to Dubai to vacation. He said A LOT with that and after that. The spirit of offense is going to strangle a lot of yall to death, unfortunately.
I believe because time is so limited the Holy Spirit can decide to use even your vacation to save a lost soul from eternal damnation. Our lives are simply not our own
True talk my brother, there are places one should never go to or into to avoid spiritual defilement; one example is an idol temple such as those you see in India, Nepal, Thailand, etc. or a voodoo shrine. I have made up my mind never to travel to such places including Dubai, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Nepal, etc. especially for vacation maybe for business or evangelical purposes, no problem.
I think maybe part of the point he's making about Dubai is what I notice of a lot of cultures in the eastern world. Their religion is a part of their culture. It's not like that as much here. Their practices tend to be intertwined in everything they do regarding living. So what we may see as just a nice massage and tour through the temple, is a type of spiritual practice to them. I see what he means when he says he won't vacation there. I'm not saying I wouldn't ever go but I would definitely pray about it but I pray about everything, even a weekend trip. If I don't have peace about decisions, I make a different decision. This is where it's important to have a relationship with the Holy Spirit so that your discernment regarding decisions is high and you can be in line with what God wants you to do.
I am going to Dubai, Lord willing soon. When I went last year, I asked the Lord to lead me to people who needed biblical guidance. A lot of christians from all over the world work there and have very little time for church. I helped a lot of people, reminding them of the coming of the Lord. Many were grateful. I managed to stay in contact with 2 of them. The huge problem in Dubai is that they have allowed the tourist to enter into their country practically naked.for the sake of money. SHAME ON THEM. It will probably be the last time I go there.

How is the world going to know about God, if we stay in hiding in a church building. God said to go all over the world and preach the gospel. There is nothing too hard for God to do, especially saving the souls of the wicked if their hearts are open for repentance and turning from their wicked ways
So, glad you feel that way. Now pack your bags and get ready to go to either Iran, China, Afghanistan, Dubai and preach the gospel on the streets but be careful, you may get beaten or jailed or even killed. Dunia want allow you to Evan bring a Bible into their country. And neither countries like black people
This country has Dubai beat in sin HANDS DOWN! He's living in the place that I'm ashamed of. Just listen to his sermons and you can witness for yourself. He talks about the sins here, not Dubai nor anywhere else on this planet. This country is the cornerstone of unrighteousness.
