Hmm..I am remember my past life.but they were not training sign language.same school teacher and my family don't like this language.I am half hearing impaired. I was spoke oralism for 20years. after then i was meeting to my deaf friend before 2 years. suddenly he was helped me a lot for sign language..i am thanks for them.i am support my all deaf peoples. I have learning full sign language now. I am still shared to my family and hearing teachers this news. thank you ishnews.❤️🤟🏻🙌🏼🙌🏼

What an unimaginable effort the ISH team is making to spread the facts about the Deaf people and the hearing's perspective of Deaf and their education! As an educated Deaf person from India, I wish to share with you about my strong belief. Understandably Sign Language is an integral part of Deaf education and it's of a great benefit to the Deaf students as it's a visual language. Lip-reading is also useful to the Deaf persons. In my opinion, Oralism "may" be encouraged but daily reading and writing and doing homework or exercises "must" be enforced among Deaf students. This will surely help Deaf write well. And this will surely help the Deaf stand on their own legs. The hearing people will surely appreciate and respect Deaf's abilities! Success stories of Deaf people need to be published as they act as role models for future generation.

I want a slogan - "ONE NATION, ONE SIGN LANGUAGE". From my point of view, it's easy for us to communicate with others from all states in our sign language and share new things.
