19:00 yes, it's OK to find disabled people inspiring if they actually did something worth praising. What's patronising is when people are called inspiring for doing normal everyday things, such as going outside, living in their own house or having friends. Not only is it patronizing, it's implying that disabled people who aren't doing these things are at fault somehow, like how people will try to use "high functioning" as a complement for certain autistic people, as if they are better people than low functioning autistics even though whether you're high functioning or low functioning is just something you're born with and just luck.
