These dudes do these shows for 1 of 2 reasons. 1, to peacock and show off to people in their circles. 2, because they have zero idea what their true worth is on Earth. 😂 lol call centers for IT is crazy. I never knew how general IT was until I understood the tiers. If you’re not Help Desk level 2 to 3; a Sys Admin or Network Engineer.. can you really say that you’re IT?

You are in IT no matter which tiers you are in. Your skills does the talking. HD1 is the basic level where most college graduates get into unless you show skills/certifications, such as Testout, CompTia A+ or beyond, then you can skip the first tier and jump to II or III. Call Centers is telecommunications, *VERY* different from IT. Call centers can fall towards B2B (Business-to-Business) and BPO Category. I asked my boss about this and she answered all of what I typed.

Yeah, there’s the positions like the ones Anton mentioned but those are scaled from already high paying positions. Anything to diminish the worth of my answer though I get you types of people
