I believe it's far from a coincidence that at a time where the image of a strong, leading and assertive Male is slowly diminishing, testosterone levels in men are also at an all time decline, averaging 1% lower per each since as early as the 1980's, and not to mention with all the instant gratification around us now in the form of p*rn, video games and social media, its likely to plummet even lower in the next few years. In this video I discuss HOW young men can counter act this and ensure they are able to lead a healthy life as a man, being able to retain their strength, assertiveness, mental health and energy for life!

This is pretty spot on. We also got endocrine disruptors in our environment which add to this as well. But you're right, there are certain lifestyle practices like eating better and exercising more that can mitigate this.

I’m glad you mentioned sleep first , most people or men I know brag about how little sleep they need , these same men are overweight, and look 10 to 15 year’s older than they are , I’ve always sleep a lot I’m 56 and most of the time people guess my age as 38 to 43

I sleep a lot... but only because I have to... if I was on TRT I could sleep way less and still feel great

Hi! Hope you pin this because this could truly inspire a lot of men. 6 years ago, I was near the bottom 5% of men in testosterone levels, somewhere around the average levels of a 75 year old man. That is when I decided to make a change: 1. No more plastic. Do not put anything made by the fossil fuel industry in your body 2. Sleep more and consistently 3. Get therapy to work through my issues and reduce stress because we all know cortisol is inverse to test 4. Lift weights 5. Eat a lot of eggs, specifically the yolk 6. Beef on beef on beef. Lamb on lamb on lamb. Liver if I don't puke sometimes 7. Eliminate all estrogenic compounds 8. Minimize or eliminate sugar (especially during cut phase) My t levels shot up to 710 according to the bloodwork that I got which would put me ahead of most men 40 years ago but now I'm just way ahead of the average young dude today, that has the average levels of a 67 year old man in 2000. Bad genes? Maybe. Bad lifestyle? More likely. Don't keep chasing women, boys, focus on your self and fix your weaknesses. Might take weeks, months, years, in my case at least, took me 6 years of dedication, but trust me, it pays off.

Good information! A few things I want to mention though as I was diagnosed with low T last month. If you are low in testosterone, some of these things to improve testosterone naturally are harder to do because it is low already. Like sleeping over 8 hours is nice, but I can never sleep more than 6 (even though I could do 10 easily without time constraints). Low T can cause you not to sleep well (along with possible sleep apnea). Losing weight if you are obese is harder too. Muscle mass is hard to come by with low T, which in turn causes more fat in the body. The lack of energy from low T also causes your motivation for exercise and other things as well. I started TRT recently due to a low level of 178, so hopefully it will improve by ability to do some of these things. Lastly one correction: video games have been around more than 40 years. I started playing them in 1982 as a kid and they had just got started.

Great content dude. So here’s my thought on the topic - the powers that be DO NOT want or need males with high standards, intelligence and testosterone levels. Simply because the less of those guys walk around the more power, money and chicks they can have. Keep up the great work!

I took test today and the result make me retake it and it is 68350 nanograms and that is all natural the doc think that there is something wrong but nothing isn't

I admit that i am so much addicted to porn. Every time I think of trying to lessen the porn addiction, mild depression strikes me and porn seems the only way to calm myself. Its like a never ending cycle.

I'm 58 and I 'm Damn Near Angry every day! My Stomach is Round yet doesn't look too bad because of My Height. I'm afraid of HRT & I have Varicose Seal ( Bag of Worms ) in My Testicles...to me They feel Small. I'm not Sure if smaller Testicles have anything to do with Age, but I do Know Testicles Shrink with HRT! Have you Heard of The Gains Wave Shock Treatment? I'm planning on getting a Few secessions to have Spontaneous Erections! Pills or on T a Timer & Clock doesn't Work for Me. How do you feel about HRT?
