Why muslims are expecting the scholars to save the community. The scholars struggled to reach this high position and are serving for the deen greatly. What's our excuse for not studying islam to higher level. Just blaming the scholars for our miserable condition, and ignoring our responsibility is not fair.

Stupid qs deserve such responses. These are social media muftis who think scholars are lazy and only they have love for Islam and Muslims. I haven't seen even 1 scholar be silent. Even deviant scholars have spoken out. Each within their capabilities. Not every1 lives in a country with freedom of speech to hold the govt to account publicly and neither shud it be done so. (al-Sunnah li-Ibn Abī ‘Āṣim 1098, Musnad Ahmad 21784). All these laymen want is to attack muslim leaders publicly on the pulpit, not thinking this may stir emotions of masses who might do something reckless.
I don't support the Shia belief, but if the Sunni Bloc are unable to assist Palestine militarily, then I have no choice but to trust that one job to the Shia Bloc. I don't support their _aqeedah_ (and never will), but I admire the Shias' willingness to provide military assistance for the Palestinians.
The is exactly the issue with social media. People think likes and comments matter more than scripture. Go ask your scholars if what he says was wrong before commenting. May Allah guide us all.
@@sidaratulmuntaha it isn't blind following. I am simply pointing to the fact that social media has made too many people think that the opinion of the majority in the comment section is the truth. When in fact to know the truth you need to drop your phone and go seek knowledge from those who are knowledgeable on the Deen. If you confirm that his answer is wrong then you can advise, but don't take the fact that people are commenting negatively to mean anything. Only what the Qur'an and Sunnah says matter. May Allah guide us all.

I have benefitted much from this Sheikh. May ALLAH elevate him...he is however human. I feel that this answer was unnecessarily defensive,harsh and quite frankly Saudi-aligned in its nature. So the answer is "what did you do", insult the questioner first, out him down in his place first..., a layman surely cannot do anything except making dua, but scholars do have a responsibility because they have larger platforms and also influence. Another answer shiekh gave is really good, "you just want us to talk about this little thing you want".. no that's ignorance and Ur own too. Proof that scholars need urgently logic lessons. He just answered with a tu quoque fallacy instead of answering the question. It still remains: why are they silent and why disbelievers and Even LGBT community supports Palestine but the scholars are silent?
This sheik uses logical fallacies in many of his videos. Basic logical fallacies that one would be taught in an introductory philosophy or logic class... I noticed that long ago. He also has a video where he says for students to be wary of studying philosophy in university…it is important to understand how to argue one’s points. That is why many universities require one philosophy class regardless of major.
Well iam sure even if commits logical fallacies he has more islamic knowledge than you.also philosophy is dangerous as it can effect people's iman so it's best to stay away from it unless you have a reason to learn it like for dawah purposes.
I'm shocked that not a single person listened to the sheikh's answer and instead criticize him. Sheikh answered the question, and gave detail to his answer to explain to all of the people listening why he answered in thst way, yet everyone wants to speak against sheikh aasim?
