STD diseases in the ageing community. , thanks Dr.Jen for the timely message♥️. In the age of what appears anything goes, and all access to on line dating. People appears to have let their guard down to risky behaviors. Isolation in some has also contributed to loosing site of such risk.. Also, kissing can be a serious risk factor. Ladies keep your guard up 😷. Baby Boomers, wake up, it's the wild wild west out there, in the land of anything go... JUST SAY NO!!!!! 🤔 Your Life depends on it..💥

I read a few stories some years back about seniors in those retirement communities have a lil STD crisis, those old folks was getting down & dirty😏 Well if you'll meet someone, you're not thinking that this older person have an STD😱 would be the last thing on your mind. But Ooh! do screen them and hopefully they will be truthful with you, and ask them have they ever been tested for HIV too😐

I'd add two additional reasons why older women are at increased risk, imo, some falsely believe they older men are safe, and that older men have avoided the risks that lead to STIs. Also, too many women, including mature women, because they've been conditioned to center the needs and desires of men don't require men to wear condoms or get tested. And few men will choose to do so unless they are required to do so. Lastly, when a woman overvalues a man while undervaluing herself, i.e., doesn't love herself sufficiently, she will go along to get along...even at her own detriment.

It’s cuz they r less likely to use protection cuz they r no longer able to get pregnant so they don’t necessarily see the point in using condoms and u know still want the pleasure of going raw

It's unfortunate that the HPV vaccine isn't given to women over 50. It would help since men can't be screened for it.

Yes I believe this is true, I am pushing 50, but I haven't had intercourse for 5 years or more and I got and STD😮. I'm in a hospital bed right now watching this video 📸 because I got STD and my kidneys have an infection and are dehydrated. God bless everyone 🙏🏿

I just find it akward conversation to ask some one for a new std screening test. I discussed this with a friend this weekend. I realized if I cannot have thst conversation then I am not ready to have sex with that person. If they refuse they are not the right person for me.
