The understanding about what is taxed by different state entities is not clear in the mind of this expert. In US "Personal income tax" Including Agriculture production Tax is collected by IRS for federal(28% ) and state goverment (About 5%, some have none like Nevada) is collected. Property taxes including vehicle property, Trailer property is collected by Local or county tax. Also the "Sales Tax" is collected by State not fed unlike pakistan. Some states have very low Sales tax like New Jersey. Some have no tax on personal income. This division is very clear and well understood by ordinary people and they know where the money is going. Local taxes pay for local roads and schools. Swerage and water is billed monthly like electric and gas.

He definitely uninformed about Indian tax system, in India we have federal and state tax system. Data he is providing is also 6-7 year old. Pakistan should have 15 taxes overall direct and Indirect combined otherwise all other hidden charges and indirect taxes should be abolished 1-Federal govt( Income tax on agriculture Banking transcation taxes, excise tax, custom duty, And tax on cryptocurrencies and online trading) it should be collected by federal govts 2- Provincial govts (Sales tax on goods, income tax, Taxes on mobile calls and internet, corporate tax and wealth tax it should be collected by govt 3-local govt(district govt) property tax, service tax, motor vehicle tax, octroi, arms amunition license fees, And registeration and mutation fees stamp duty it should all be collected by mayor
