The fact that the buildings are unoccupied shouldn't be a problem. The problem isn't what you are talking about. Ppl have actually bought apartments which doesn't exist in Ghana and they are fighting for their money.
We are pointing out many things, I myself purchased an apartment there, haven't gotten my apartment or my money back. I have tried to telephone them several times, they don't call back! There are many things! Yes! I am fighting for my money. Esi
My wife and i are also an homeowner at another site nearby from the same developer. I was in Ghana twice last year. I was disappointed on my first visit because I couldn't get my keys but luckily on my second visit my place was kinda finished and we got our key but noticed my estate was very quiet. We talked to the staff and they said a lot of homebuyers like us are abroad. We only come home mabybe once or twice a year for a few weeks and we go back. I do have a person who go to check my home every now and then but I can't wait to go back this year to check out my place again. Hopefully there will be more people living there.
Thanks for going back to find out what's happened to this development. Frankly, I'm not buying this developer's excuses. I think they used the money from this project to develop other projects, which is really unfair to those who bought off plan. They have two other projects they started after Knightsbridge and during COVID which they've progressed far more quickly. The price of building materials will only increase with delay so they need to just get on with it.
@@RETURNEESSANKOFA That is sad. Are you phase 1 or phase 2? My wife and I bought phase 1 at their estate in Kweiman (Danfa). Some people in phase 1 may have backed out due to any reasons. If you talk to their top directors, you maybe able to get some of those finished or almost finished units that the original owners backed out. Sometimes you just have to add a little extra cash upfront for downpayment. That will eventually reduce your remaining balance to pay.
