WHY ARE THE TRAVIS SCOTT FRAGMENT JORDAN 1 LOW SNEAKERS SO EXPENSIVE?! (Are They Worth It?) 

Hiroshi Fujiwara is known for taking a design approach that enhances the core elements of what makes something great. That’s why a lot of the Fragment collabs seem to be doing very little, but look very appealing. It’s like sushi. The best sushi comes from the best ingredients. Adding too much to the sushi defeats the purpose because the point is to bring out the natural flavor as much as possible. Fragment is the sushi chef bringing it all together with subtlety. (Ex: the pink tint in the raw hide of the leather swoosh and the waxed laces.)

Id just like to thank the shoe gods for allowing me to hit these on SNKRS. I never hit on anything.

I gotta say I agree with Buckets here, new colorway/different collaboration might have raised my score, but they are still a solid shoe, just not for over $1000

Hit on these and I'm not a fan of lows so I was thinking of immediately selling them but after holding them in hand... These are a 9/10 easily & I'm NOT selling them. I absolutely love them. Color blocking & little details give them an edge.

These are fire. These TS x Frag lows then the OG TS Highs for me.

These rank #3 of the Travis collabs with Nike... bumped the AJ4. Travis definitely put AJ1 lows on the map. Not a fan of the high's color blocking in this collaboration but there's always paint... Blessed to have my favorites can't wait for the AM collaborations.

You guys left out the Travis Scott SB dunk low, one of his best shoe collabs IMHO. And the AJ1 low which is another of my favorites. Regardless I do like these but agree the quality on the highs is definitely superior.

I think the low tops are soo much better looking then the highs. I tried so many raffles for these. I didn’t hit nothing. I think these are in the top shoes of this year.

I just think the royal n black color way on a Jordan 1 is synonymous with Fragment.. and the backwards swoosh is synonymous with Travis Scott.. so I truly understand the collab, but I definitely like the lows a lot more than the hi’s.. I think the hi’s of this collab are the weakest of the Travis Scott x Nike collab sneakers.. but the lows are among the top 5 for me

Thinking about copping these going through reviews. My question is I’m noticing on most reviews and on pictures that on the lateral side right, above the reverse swoosh looks somewhat like a crease. Is this a just from poor qc or a defect or is it normal. I’ve seen in pictures and reviews all the same. Love the colorway but that’s the only thing that bothers me.

If they could make these into a regular pair of Jordan one lows without the Travis Scott and Fragment logo, I would get them. The most I could see myself spending resale for these would be $300. Not to say these are not a great color way or shoe, I just think that Nike should make them available for regular release. 9/10 for me. Is it possible that Buckets can explain what he would change on them, or the next low rated shoe to make them better in his opinion. Look at the vid my pair is very similar at the 5:02 mark I have one shoe where the I assume fragment number is at the corner of the blue on one shoe and the other is at the stitching. So is it safe to say that some have flaws. I hit on Nike and had on Tradeblock and a guy swore me up and down I had fakes even though I wasn’t going to trade I was just adding to my closet so who else may have a defect/inconsistent pair???

Sneaker clavicle 🤣. I usually prefer Jordan 1 highs, but these TS's are way better than the TS highs just because of the black toe. I dig the backwards oversized swoosh too but I'll be damned if I ever pay that much for a sneaker. Hell to the naw naw naw
