My very first JCloud waterless smart scent diffuser has been a staple in our home since I first received it a couple of years ago. Since that time, JCloud "scent machines" (as they call them) have exploded in popularity as the company has continued to pump out more and more models. Thanks for this review! When power is cut to the device and then power is restored, does it automatically start to operate again, or do you have to go and physically touch a button? I am thinking about operating this on a smart plug to enable more automations (such as diffuse when the doorbell is pressed).

Do I have to buy specific essential oils? Or can I just go to my local story, and pick up a few scents and use those?

Store bought ones will not work at all. It doesn’t create the mist needed for diffusion.

The title of the video is waterless diffusers😅 I'm here looking to find comparisons with aromather 360 and if in fact they are all the same basically and then want to learn how to make my own oils because those oils are downright expensive like $100 a month... I mean I guess if it works it's worth it especially since I already spend about 50 a month on this stupid plugins that only work 20% of the time

Just recieved mine and not misting. This has to be the craziest menu system both on the app and unit. Might be returning...only had an hour 😢

can anyone, especially Fayze....comment on the durability and product support part of the unit. Reading amazon reviews, customer support is a real issue!
