Kyler is correct you both need to take care of yourselves (being in nature, making time for your fitness, etc.) a couple time a week. 4-5 times. Her energy will pick up after your youngest is about 4 years old.

@@TheMADLife1 I watched your day in the life video morning routine, and I was worn out after watching, literally. I don't know how you do it. You are so positive and keep trying to figure everything out, when I would have broke down and cried. I do hope you find a nanny to help you out with cleaning, laundry errands etc...you deserve it. You are a wonderful mother and so real. That is what most love about you and Kyler. You keep it real. I love you and your family so much, and I am praying that everything works out regarding your kid's activities etc...I know when I was small, my mother allowed each of my siblings to pick one activity and that was it. Life is so much simpler, and when all is said and done, when your kids grow up, the thing they will remember most is how much they were loved. God bless you 💖

Loved this one... so relatable, i guess every couple goes through the same issue.... and i have learnt that being completely emotionally dependent on someone is very unhealthy and toxic.. Because EVERYONE is one way or the other is alone in their life journey, we all are carrying our own burdens, and NO ONE can come and help us with that, and that's the point where God wants us to build connection with Him.

madison needs a solid routine! write out EVERYTHING. wake up at a certain time, get dressed, go through your day and make it make sense. rather than feeling blah and like life is out of wack. you have all the control to make it what you need it to be. i am a young mom and just got back from a 12 day mission trip and i cant even explain how amazing it was to get a full reset. really separating mom life and just ME. praying that you find a fix to all of these feelings & definitely get your levels checked! Check your HR with posture, if it's 30 bpm higher standing than laying down, might have POTS. I have POTs and hypermobile Ehler's Danlos syndrome, so I tend to see it in everyone (usually postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome happens with EDS)

a book i read that changed my life was called 'Many Lives, Many Masters' by Dr Brian Weiss. He also wrote 'Only love is Real' which is about two of his therapy patients who are soulmates but he cant tell them and has to let fate decide if they should meet. It changed my look on love and life. It's a real story by the way. Also, Great episode Madison.

I love you guys!! Madison, it seems like you have a legitimate health issue. If you haven’t already, try to get several medical tests done, like a sleep study, get several different blood tests which mat indicate you are low in Vitamin D and other vitamins and minerals. The intestinal track also can have a lot to do with lack of energy. Please see as many medical professionals as you can. Chronic anxiety is very hard on the body so therapy might help. And yes, marriage therapy can be awesome. God wants to bless you and your family!

Get to a doctor and get some major labs done. Thyroid panel, iron panel, vitamin D, cortisol levels, vitamins/minerals, A1C, CBC/diff to see if anything is going on with your health. Fatigue can be caused by many things but it’s for sure not normal.

Guys i dont agree with the needing that "get away time" to come back and be okay Its basically trying to fill yourself with superficial things and things of this world. Doing those things is not wrong, but to think that if i do this then my stress will go away and i will and i will feel better is not the way a Child of God should think. Madisson needs to fill her spirit and strenghen her spirit! Matthew 6 25-34 tells us that the answer to how to deal with stress is to seek the kingdom of God above all else and live righteously. Tha answer to stress and anxiety is Seeking God Not seeking outside things that will only make you look good but your inside " your spirit" is decrepit. Your worst enemy is Ignorance thats why you need to KNOW God Actually know his word, his character, his attribute. Everything! Trust me it will change your life and in that moment you will actually say wow jesus changed my life! Being born christian doesnt mean youre saved not until you actually start living like him and being like him and talking like him! And im not saying that youre not saved but im speaking for myself cause being born christian i never felt the peace of God until i started seeking and getting out of ignorance Much love ❤

Yeah, I don't eat much either, I don't care for food be honest, but I know I need it, if you haven't got your bloodwork done in over a year, you need to get it done, your thyroid, d level,, I went about 6 months ago, found out my d level is very low, so now I take d vitamin, one a week, they are strong vitamin d, that's how low I was, never had that happen to me and my whole life, my blood level my whole life has been perfect, thank you Jesus❤be safe✌️

I don’t understand them. There whole family claim to be believers and love Jesus but they NEVER talk about Him all this is in flesh and they can’t speak the truth. They do handle things well and I’m share they might rely on God but it’s be nice if they shared the Word with there HUGE audience but I know why they won’t.

@@TheMADLife1Love you’re missing the point, don’t do it for attention or to be right. Lest your lack of understanding the Word. Your saying; “We did on our last podcast.” is trying to prove me and that other person wrong. One time isn’t enough, you should always be speaking Truth. But that ultimately up to you and Kyler, and what is really important to you.two. I pray God will give you better understanding and wisdom. You’re an amazing mom and keep doing what you’re doing. But from what it sounds like from your videos and your podcast on sharing your struggles, is your not focusing on YOU and GOD. That’s why you’re constantly stressed and overwhelmed. TAKE TIME TO YOURSELF WITH JESUS. I do want to point out on my end I don’t know you so I don’t know what you do off camera but fame tends to do more wrongs then rights. I love to personally talk to you, if you’d ever give me that opportunity from one sister to another in Christ. I feel your pain mama and may you please dwell on this ❤. Truly, truly best wishes for YOU.

Kyler is right you need to take care of yourselves. BUT please let go on the stereotypical “what a man needs” vs “what a woman needs” mindset. Maybe for Kyler to feel happy he needs to be out in the wilderness away from children but not every single man needs that. Same way that maybe Madison needs to get her nails done, etc. to be happy but not every woman is like that. Everyone is completely different. I’m bringing up this because I know you guys have 5 kids and I just think pushing stereotypical gender roles onto them can be harmful, especially if one of them doesn’t fit those “roles”. With that being said, I think each of you taking a day a week to care take yourselves individually is a wonderful idea. Also wanted to bring up because I know Madison has mentioned this in the past - but chronic tiredness is often the first sign of depression/anxiety. I have mental illness myself, so I know first hand how much it impacts day to day life. I would suggest therapy honestly, I started this year and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I have a book called, "The 5 Love Languages" The Secret to Love That Lasts by Gary Chapman. Highly recommend it! It basically helps couples discover each others love language whether it be Words of Affirmation. What makes one person feel loved emotionally is not always the thing that makes the other person feel loved in that same way. Is it Quality Time? Receiving Gifts? Acts of service or Physical Touch? Discovering each other's Love Language will help you achieve the other person's needs. Please check it out!
