Try and be more motivated. You have no kids to stop you doing anything. Just get up and do something about it instead of morning about it. You use it as an excuse. Your a lovely person and your life will be cut short lovely. Lots of love

let's encourage this lady rather than reassuring how 'fine' it is to struggle, in her instance, her weight. ok listen, we are all humans and every single one of us (believe it or not) have terrible habits and suffer as a consequence, be it anything. you need to remould your mindset, and I meant it seriously. no councilling, no physcholgist will cure, it's all a lie. you've done massively already by losing weight, you have all the willpower to achieve and Its a strong belief. please start now, reduce your calorie intake, STOP NOW with the fatty, sugar, unhealthy and processed shit. you are worth tonnes more. eat less and move more. and don't worry what anyone says, do not even think of those evil taunts and useless thoughts of people who are not encouraging. believe in me and I will be live in you that you have a brilliant personality, a great strength of character, an attractive face (being hid by the fat).. just act NOW and you know it. I would highly suggest you go on a vegetable diet only for 1 month, cut all the fast food and unhealthy processed craps and your mind, body and soul will fixate. you already have heaps of confidence I can only imagine when you lose all the weight, how much you could achieve. I think you should do losing weight journey vlog, I haven't seen many very overwight people document there journey on RU-vid, theyre usually sat at the sofa eating their lifr away. you should totally do that I will support you all the way
