Hi guys, just want to let you know that the name "Elohim" is a break down of 2 words אל-הם El-hem which means "the One in charge of all other forces", the Authority over all other forces. Since angels have authority over the tasks and thinfs God assigns them, they too can be called elohim, a force in charge of other things, it is singular, like the word Chayim, חיים it also ends in ים but it simply means "life" not plural life/lives. God makes moses a elohim to pharo (exodus 7:1) it doesn't mean He made moses a plurality to pharo, rather He made moses a Authority over pharo, El means ability/power, hem means them/others. Hashem is THE Elohim ie: the ultimate One with full authority over all other wills and things, the only true One in charge, on so many diff levels of authority etc.

thank you for this show. By deconstracting the false, the truth remains unblemished As a jew living in Israel now I am tested in every fibre of my belief and I question every given axiom I live by to purge it from foreign influences. The deeper I go the more isolated I become. We got a verse in psalms that occurs to me while walking alone this path depending more and more on Gd alone and on nothing else. In the Protestant church the baptism of Moses is explained that Israel crossed through the Red Sea. That’s the only explanation I ever heard. The cloud one is new to me.

About the gift giving: I don't think it's a problem to give each other gifts just because it's not included in the scriptures. There's also no mention of making donuts or latkes for Hanukkah...or dressing up for Purim. I am a member of our local Chabad house and I know the Rabbi and Rebbetzin there give their children money for Hanukkah and don't see a problem with giving gifts for the holiday, just like they don't have a problem making sufgoniyot or latkes for the holiday.

How Jesus can be the angel of the lord when the book of hebrews clearly states that Jesus is not an angel? (Which means that if a clarification about Jesus not being an angel was needed, it's because many early Christians thought he was an angel and not God).

@@chrisstathe9183 so a little about biblical Hebrew. Angels, people and even objects that represent God, are called God in the bible. For example, in Isaiah chapter 7, Isaiah himself is called God, in Exodus and in Psalms, judges are called God, in Genesis, alters are called God. But as we can see in Hosea 12, it was an angel, who wrestled with Jacob, and not God. God is not a man (Numbers 23:19). Jesus is a false prophet.

Are you always so innocent? Usually do don't know to distinguish between face value and paraphrase? No, God is not a physical rock, he is being called rock as expression for his mighty. How about you should refer the rock in the desert to Abraham?... He's indeed called "rock" in Isaiah 51:1-2

Deuteronomy 13:2-4 declares: If there arise in the midst of you a prophet or a dreamer of dreams and he gives you a sign or a wonder, and the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spoke to you saying: “Let us go after other gods, which you have not known, and let us serve them”; you shall not listen to the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams; for the Lord your God puts you to proof, to know whether you do love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.” Jesus did not fulfill any biblical messianic expectations during his lifetime. So-called “fulfillments” are the result of inserting stories into the Jesus myth that would appear to be fulfillments of biblical passages. But, the fraudulent nature of this usage is readily seen. He was neither the singular ruler promised nor did he exercise any real authority. Ezekiel declares: “And David My servant shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd … and My servant David shall be their prince forever” (Ezekiel 37:24-25). Jesus also did not fulfill the prophecies which speak of the benefits the people of Israel were to enjoy under the Messiah’s rule and leadership (e.g., Ezekiel 34:25-31, 37:21-28; Isaiah 11; Jeremiah 23:6, 30:10-11). The prophecies concerning the Messiah and the benefits of his rule over Israel each form an integral unit. One cannot fragment them in order to proclaim limited fulfillment of prophecy during Jesus’ lifetime and to rationalize that the remaining fragments will be fulfilled during a second appearance. There was a total lack of fulfillment by Jesus of these messianic prophecies. Christians wait in vain for an expected fulfillment of messianic prophecies during a so-called “second coming” of Jesus. According to New Testament calculations, their count is off. Their hope would have to refer to a third coming. The first coming would cover the period prior to Jesus’ death and the second coming would span the period from his alleged resurrection to his alleged ascension said to be forty days later. A third coming was to occur speedily within the lifetime of his contemporaries, but it never happened. What the historical Jesus actually believed or did is an unknown. All that we know of “Jesus” is what the authors of the New Testament wrote about him. Even if it were true that the New Testament’s Jesus performed miracles Deuteronomy 13:2-4 warns against following him. He is depicted (especially by Paul, the author of Hebrews, the Gospel of John and Revelation) as a sinless angelic being, a demi-god. In the New Testament the character of Jesus is transformed into a god-like being ̶ ̶ the very thing Deuteronomy 13:2-4 warns us against. A careful study of the Gospels reveals that this New Testament Jesus is a fictional character, a false prophet and a dreamer of false dreams. But, on further reflection we realize that the Gospel’s Jesus did fulfill one prophecy found in the Jewish Scriptures: That fictional Jesus was a false prophet and all that went with it.

Christian Holiday aren't in the Bible because they are reformed and adopted pagan holidays that men of the Roman church ordained. Christians should really only be observing the 7th day sabbath, I say this as a Christian. It's not really a holiday, but a sanctified, weekly blessing from God. Mar 2:27 And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: Mar 2:28 Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.

Actually non-Jews aren't obligated to observe the Sabbath, since this covenant was given specifically to the Jews. Non-Jews MAY observe it, but they're not obligated.

@@User-x5s3xwe may not say the blessings and are not obligated to not perform any of the 39 tasks. We may do any or all of them. I was very gungho to convert, but was having a heck of a time keeping Shabbat. I knew to stay happy and grateful, but was beating myself up because i wasn't " doing it right". A few months of crying "sorry sorry sorry" to Hashem each time i forgot to not think about next week, or sorted something, or wrote something or turned on the warm tap, or,or,or.. . It was always something i messed up😢 I could manage not to cook, dye or bleach or build anything, nor use electricity. Then, i discovered my worst faux pas !!! I would do the candles. My greatgrandmother and my first babysitter used to show me when i was little. So, in my zeal, i thought doing the candles would be a great way to welcome Sabbath. Yes Yes it would be if i were a Jewish wife like my greatgrandmother and my baby sitter had been. Not okay for a Bat Noach. Baruch Hashem for the great Noachides ( too many to list - you know who you are) who taught me correctly.

The elect were saved before the world began and cannot sin in their spirit but may sin in the flesh.The ones who won't be forgiven never were saved but we're happy with the gospel for a while but because Jesus was not their foundation they will fall away.Those who go back to the judged church are among them.
