Why Attackers & Defenders FIGHT - Training & Damage Explained - R6 Lore 

The only canon skin i believe are some of the elite like kali as she uses it

This just reinforces my belief that we need a campaign of some sort. All this lore, animations, cgi videos, etc. All great, but has almost zero effect on the actual game. I'd love to see these lore changes actually manifest in game, other than putting a Ghost Eyes or Red Hammer logo by the Operators in those groups.

Gotta make the correction, A lot of the characters in Overwatch either are not a part of the organization anymore or have never been associated with it and plenty are known as the 'Bad guys" aka everyone associated with Talon.

If they balanced to lore, then Zero would be super overpowered

I wish Siege would add a feature to swap the blood In game to the white powder seen in cinematics I would just like to play it like it's a cinematic

Isn't there a risk when shooting them in the face? An airsoft pellet may not be lethal but you can still f up someone's eyes

Do they ever mention why certain operators are on defense vs offense? Seems like as a CT unit they would primarily want to train as attackers no? Makes more sense from a realism perspective imo

I assumed they were using Simmunition, but I didn’t know how they knew when they were incapacitated

I'm really hoping Ubi learns from their mistakes with R6E and make it an in-game mode in siege, like now that they know the player base would like a PvE again they can implement it into the main game and tweak things that need be

So the training grounds are the real operations and multiplayer is the training grounds

I would love to have a sorta cheap dlc type single player game

I guess the logic answer is so that they can be prepared for future terrorist attacks. For attack, they need to be prepared to save VIP assets or bomb defusing. For Defense, they need to protect the asset from terroism attacks. (I could be wrong. This is just my opinion. 🤔)

What about Cav stabbing peoples necks, or Tachankas or Goyos fire, Smoke poison and such? Is the fire fake as well or what? Or is that just for gameplay?

The "hurt a lot" part makes me feel worse about the sorta consistent crotch shots I've been getting lately.....

I think some operator gadgets leave a little question to be asked. By that I mean operators specifically designed to counter other gadgets. I know you could argue that most gadgets have applicable use cases in counter terrorism but some gadgets leave a that question still. My best example is Mozzie’s pests countering attacker drones. There are some others but I can see them having applications

In overwatch you have good guys(overwatch, some omnics), bad guys(talon, some omnics) and independent characters

Wait can you explain the lore behind how gagets would work in the simulation. Like how if an attacker goes over a claymore or a defenders goes over a kapkan how they not get blown go kingdom come. Then say Cav goes running round to secure an interogation and the claymore blows her into a wall and a kapkan mine blows blitz into the floor when the enermy team goes over the other teams gadgets

Well then why in Mozzies bio does it say on their own Mozzie goose and specialist Tori gridlock tallyo perform exceedingly well but together they pull off some amazing even hare-brained stunts sure to make the sternest of the commanders crack a smile when they succeed of course just like their operation at the Esperance bushfires theses two specialists create this remarkable balance seldom seen between two operators Im curious to see if they would still help each other as opponents or if you will take precedence over their friendship 👀

why are some operators defenders and some are attackers tho, like y isnt oryx an attacker?

Rainbow Six Seige match is similar to Destiny's Crucible/Iron Banner, combatant shoot the shit out of each other to train for live combat situation to hone their skill
