I dated a man who I did not know has a sex addiction. Once I got intimate with this man, his demons got transferred to me. I started to want sex all the time and I was never like that before and it wasnt because of the sex with this man either. It started to interfere with my life pretty badly and I had to cutt him off because of that. Once I did, I went back to my normal self. I bring this up because sex is not just sex and when a person has alot of unresolved issues, their transferring that energy onto other people and really glad you made this video to encourage men to not only heal their issues but the importance of having self-control towards sex. Thanks for the video ! I've noticed that sometimes is bit difficult to deal with sexual energy after working out. Specially after leg day or deadlifts. Started this journey couple months ago with many relapses, but I carry on. Not blaming myself, i believe it's a process. It came naturally after spiritual awakening what happened thanks to the Buddhist mantras and meditation. Videos like yours can prove that I'm on the good path. 👍

In such cases, just gotta stay mentally focused and as you said, it is a process that takes time. Glad to hear you have experienced a spiritual awakening. Meditation and buddhism definitely does that. I am looking to visit some temples when I go to Thailand and level up my spiritual journey
The main benefit I have found with SR is the time back acquired. All the hours spent on lust you never get back. As I work 60+ hour weeks, I need more free time. I think it is better to start a family then waste your semen for no reason.
