He actually is. He is a top manager, for me... He is under the levels of Mourinho, Ferguson, Wenger, Ancelotti, Guardiola & Klopp... Xavi Hernández & Xabi Alonso are in the level of Allegri & Conte... If Xavi ever signed a DM after Busquets left, Barcelona would still be a good force & kept the title.
