Jokes aside i think our skin is harder than other animals that a bee stings so it doesn't actually stay think it will die while stinging as. Really horrifying death
There are rare moments when the bee regrets stinging you, so it will go in circles until the stinger is out, this leaves you with no swelling, and the bee gets to live.
Its funny you say that cause i had a thought about that saying and i thought of how its actually really easy to die for someone because death happens every day and its a one and done. Its giving up. What i would want if for someone to be willing to keep going even if its hard and for them to want to make it out in the end even if there is a chance they could die. So for me, if your the one i care about then id go to war for you. Cause i want to fight for better days instead of give up. Buuttt i know this junk isnt what you meant when you said the saying so sorry for giving an unrelated reply 😅
Something that can sometimes happen is that the bee walks in circles after it stings. This motion can actually dislodge the stinger, saving the bee's life.
i dont think bees care enough about their lives that it matters. male bees' insides fall out after they do the nasty, and they still choose to do it in droves.
Actual Fact: Honeybee can actually withdraw their stinger after a sting by rotating their abdomens to effectively 'unscrew' their sting from the sting site.
But skin is usually thick enough and 'rubbery' enough to have enough surface tension to keep the stinger regardless of how strong the bees muscles are :(
Ive Never been stung by a bee but I do have loads of flowers in my yard so I always let the bees crawl on me and sometime they let me pet them. They’re actually really soft.
Sometimes a bee regrets giving their life to irritate you if you aren’t hostile, and the bee can rotate itself in a way where they leave with their stinger and their life. It also results in the venom not entering your skin, so you won’t get irritation either.
Bees can actually escape from this. If they continue patiently rotating without pulling too much, they can loosen the barbs and get to see another day, with minimal damage. ALSO! If they do manage to escape like this, you won’t be left with a sting mark. So it’s a win win!
@@aleksbdnk Pretty sure it’s more likely he posts on TikTok as well and that’s something they don’t like not sure if it’s the same on RU-vid, besides creators get next to nothing for shorts so it really doesn’t matter.
human skin is considered one of the strongest skins in the world, thats means cows, deers, even kangaroos and other animals have weaker skin and can be stung without the bee dying.
@@JacksonKarmenLowekangaroos cows deer and pigs all have a stronger skin than us and more fat and muscle so idk where you got this crazy statement from😂
I once got stung by a bee and pulled its stinger out I.T S.T.U.N.G M.E A.G.A.I.N So I pulled it out again and slowly backed away while looking down and it flew away
I really like how this works. Bees are relatively peaceful insects. They know that their stingers are suicidal moves, thus they usually never attack you. The only 2 contexts in which they attack you are either if you are a "threat" to their hive (e.g. you get too close, or y'know just smack it with a stick, stuff like that) or if you actively try to attack them. And their only response is to attack you back. Of course, they don't know we aren't gonna die by their stings, so the only thing they do is sacrifice their lives to kill the threat. Truly an honourful insect.
Not always the case. I've been stung twice in my car because they latched onto my shirt or something. On one instance, I got stung on my arm when I lowered it to my lap and apparently made contact with it since it was (I think) on my pants. The other instance though, it stung my arm while holding the wheel, no aggressive movement or anything, it just stung me. I have zero sympathy for bees cuz of shit like that, but I won't actively try to kill them unless it becomes a problem like those ones.
@@foomp I’ve had bees and wasps cling to my clothes too!! I was taking clothes off my clothes line once and a bee was on my shirt and when I grabbed it, it stung me and on a separate occasion, I had a wasp crawl through the arm hole of my cut off shirt and I didn’t feel it crawling on me until it stung me and it didn’t register in my head that it was on me, I just thought it was flying around me and stung me, until it stung me two more times so I investigated and found it there. Little shits
@@alexzero3736that’s just plain not true my man. Personal anecdotes don’t count.. people have actually studied both and come to the conclusion OP said.
Once upon a time… my family and I found ourselves on a restaurant boat sailing on the Nile. Carried away by the chats, I brought my glass of juice to my mouth without seeing what was on it. It was the pain of the sting that I felt that made me realize that I had just received a kiss from a bee. The kiss was so intense that I ended up with an upper lip 3 times bigger than normal for several days.😂😂
@@bmsuperstar1Not every single time, no. They try to do it without hurting themselves but more often than not a sting is a death sentence for a honey bee.
Sometimes, bees will regret their choice to sting as well, so they will spin in a circle until their stinger comes out, successfully not ripping their organs out. You just need the patience to see if one will or not, which is very difficult
@@queensberryrulez5306YES! Thank you so much for speaking as tho bees are just an insect and We are humans! Also, you are not supposed to use tweezers to remove the stinger WSE At all because ur just pushing move venom in you! We're supposed to use something like a credit card to scrape the stinger away.
Sometimes they also regret their action, and if you give them enough time, they will sometimes manage to successfully dislodge their stinger from your skin
@@ForeignSjde if they start to spin around the stab in a circle, they’re trying to carefully dislodge it and fly away intact. I learned about this in another video
few week ago, a bee get flung into my house because of the strong wind, after it bite me, realizing it gonna die, it start to get on its knee and say im sorry, i regret my action, i just want to live and slowly back away with another apology
