Well said, thank you Coach! Another words, if you are the dumpee, make sure you dump the person who dumped you, then the you would gain at least half of the power back. This way, the person who dumped you has no advantage at all.

I see alot of people talking about reasons breakups happen...cheating, their is someone better for you, narcissist, abuse, not reciprocating.... all this $#!+. I just want to say not all relationships end badly...Sometimes there is no build up to it or a reason to be mad at one another. Both may feel bored for one reason or another and end it mutually..... but it still hurts.... How do you fix these this kind or hurt?

If nothing dramatic happend to end the relationship it was just a loss of attraction. Those are harder to get over if on the receiving end. But you just need to accept that your current version was not attractive anymore and make yourself better. My first ex cheated and it made it easy to hate her and not want her back, but psychologically it really messed me up a long long time. My last ex just wanted to „figure out how to live alone“ meaning she lost interest. It is hard not to want her back, but knowing you can’t change her mind if you don’t change yourself will help you improving in life and eventually moving on.

Like coming off of a drug you've been using for a long time.. relationships can have a similar withdrawal in an emotional way. You just have to find the best ways to keep moving forward by staying busy - the void will slowly dissipate over time. And life will begin to feel normal without them. Then, someone else will eventually come along to where you get to do it all over again..

If it is mutually, it should not hurt. Otherwise it is just the same as any other breakup involving a dumper and a dumpee. In that case, the remedy is the same: Introspective work, focusing on the self, building yourself up so you are strong enough to deal with whatever possible outcome.

Hi adrian, i have a question. I broke up with my ex, few weeks ago. we were in a ldr relationship. wev'e been together for 6 months (havent met each other yet) but we always video call everyday. we sometimes talk when we just broke up but suddenly, i was talking behind her back and she found out. now i broke her trust and she doesnt talk to me anymore. I always had some plan to go back to her but from what i did, i think it just made things more very difficult to work. she also said that her trust is beyond repair now. what should i do to get her back?

figure out why you talked behind her back, resolve that then move on. you never even met, so how would you know if she's right for you anyway? she was already on her way out anyway, so she found this excuse to bail. move on bud.

How should you react. If, you run into your Ex during No Contact? In many cases you share friends between the two of you. This is critical in my opinion! Otherwise, you could undo everything you've been working on.....

Hello coach Adrian. My partner is 30 yrs old n i m 35 yrs old. He is a photographer n believes in astrology a lot. One of the astrologers told him to get married at 35 yrs of age thn only he will succeed in career. If he gets married bfore 35 yrs of age he will not get success in career. So he gve up on me saying that he wont marry till he is 35. Also we were in relationship only for 1 month. Will no contact n detachmnet work in this situation ? Pls reply.

Wait, don’t respond yet. Watch some of the videos on what to do when your ex text you. Binge watch them, and it may take a few days. But, at least you’ll have the ball in your court.

There’s “missing you” and there’s he feels lonely. They both can appear similar. Him feeling lonely isn’t wanting u. It’s not wanting to be lonely. If they want u it’ll be extremely clear. If their just lonely it’ll look more like that. It’s little bread crumbs to see if they have a way back in just incase.

Sometimes u actually do ur ex a huge favor by giving them space When I broke up w my ex he followed the “no contact rule” and oh boy what a gift lol.. he did try to contact after 30 days 😂 but I didn’t even answer.. He went silence for about 30 days again but finally gave up after about 3 months What I try to say is, sometimes u do someone a huge favor It doesn’t always work if u give ur ex space they come back (it’s kinda tricky to say that for younger people who are heart broken and think the no contact rule or detaching is a miracle and will get their ex back It can but if def won’t have to be like that Some of my exes I left them alone never heard of them again, they broke up so I didn’t expected them to come back anywayz plus if a guy breaks up.. find one who don’t ;)

Nah, removing your attention breeds more attraction, because they start to think about you more. Don't ignore them, but don't reach out. If he never contacts you again, it's because he's really not that into you. Find someone else and in the process of you doing that, he may return, and when he does you may not even really want him anymore

my ex brokeup with me 2 months back bcoz i cheated on him( technically i did not) but we were in contact for these 2 months i practically used to force him to meet me and talk to me we met 5-6 times out of those 3-4 times we had sex and the last we met was on 14th april and on 16th april he sternly told me that its over we are done and he will never come back but those 2 mnths he gave me hope by making me jealous and doing stuff like that but on 16th evening he blocked me from everywhere there is no way i can contact him. I am extremely heartbroken. Please help me what should i do
