Fun fact: emeralds are green like that because Dinnerbone, who is colorblind, couldn't tell the ruby ore apart from redstone, so rubies were changed to emeralds

I rather say it doesn't matter if redstone is that great because i think that maybe the bluestone could be used as an upgrade for redstone as we all know redstone can't be used in water so the bluestone would have its own power that redstone won't do like the bluestone and to think with bluestone technology it would take redstone builds up to a whole new level wouldn't anyone agree with that!?

I think that bluestone would work as a battery instead of a wire for electricity to pass through. If you collect the charged bluestone and place it next to redstone, the electricity would be released from the bluestone into the redstone. The amount of time that the bluestone was charging would be the same as the amount of time that the redstone would be activated by the bluestone with a limit of 1 minute per block length of bluestone

Fun Fact: This was an accident from the Pillager, and Villager update trailer, if you closely at one of the villager’s, you will notice that one of them has a bluestone that is dropping in the floor!

I feel like Blue Stone should exist. Like in the Nether, under the warped biome in a format similar to where Red Stone is found. Red Stone should probably be 1.5-2 times better than normal Red Stone, making less of a need for Repeaters and Comparators and stuff like that.
