I'm pretty sure he is. But there's so many people hating on him saying his condition is fake, he's just faking his talking for views, and I've actually seen people say that in his older videos that he deleted he talked normally and over the years he just talked the way he does. I'm not hating on him, I don't know if he does have a condition nor if he's faking it cause I don't have enough evidence.
